Shout out for Sarah and Grace who I met today at the shop in Burgess Hill. I've a soft spot for this shop anyway as a friend's son worked here years ago. It saddens me when I see Burgess Hill as it is, but Sarah and Grace are a bright light anyway. Sarah recommended a few products similar to those I wanted, and was friendly, helpful, professional. and I felt very positive as a result of meeting her. She's looking after Grace there too. Use the shop, or lose it.

Me and my girlfriend went into this store and had great help from two amazing staff members, Chloe and Sarah.. they made us feel extremely comfortable and informed us with all the bits we needed to know. A big thank you from the two of us, we will be back to see these two again for future needs.

The most wonderful service I've ever experienced!! Having visited numerous H&B stores in and around Sussex, I have never found the service as good as I experienced in Burgess Hill. I was served and helped by a wonderful and super knowledgable staff member called Lois, who was friendly, professional and so helpful, with patience and understanding of my need for pre-purchase information. I took rather a long time evaluating a range of products and she never once made me feel rushed or hurried. In fact, not only was she patient, but she was also very smart too, offering a depth of insight I haven't seen before. She knew so much about so many things I was looking at purchasing, and I almost felt like I was talking to an expert in all things nutrition and health supplementation. She helped me make the right decisions and now I feel much more informed about these things. She even explained the benefits of the H&B loyalty card, which at first I was averse to due to the number of loyalty cards I already have and never use, and having signed up to it, I have now saved many pounds on my purchases, which I can even get delivered to my front door. As an online purchaser, I'm a typical man and don't really enjoy going to shops, but I love going to H&B Burgess Hill when Lois is there because she always helps me with informed and factual advice. I'm probably a nuisance with dozens of questions but nothing ever seems too much trouble. Most shops seem to make you 'hurry-up' and 'get on with it', but never once did I feel that way, and I will only ever buy from H&B now, thanks to her. Worth the extra pennies in my opinion.
