Paid £605.00 in full waited two weeks before thay could fit radio took day of work took van ther for 12am booking someone went to my van at 12.25 with no tools or radio I sat on wall watching then thay rang me to say thay had order wrong harness I couldn?t do it for another week got full refund and will never use Halfords again give one star for refund

As a Burgess Hill resident I always try to use Halfords whenever I need some motoring bits. Always a good stock however 4 star because parking can be a pain because of the gym and school nearby

Great service from the guy who served me at Halfords today, friendly, helpful and had a good laugh. Cant remember his name unfortunately but he did say he worked part time and like me was working Saturday ?

I took my car to Halfords Burgess Hill this morning for a chipped windscreen repair. I had a very positive experience with Alex who was friendly, very knowledgeable and went out his way to make me feel well informed about the condition of my vehicle. I will definitely return to Halfords Burgess Hill because of this.

Called the main head office in the morning and was told that the local branch would be able to help with a problem with my exhaust. So went ahead and booked the appointment for the afternoon. Turned up to be told by the branch staff that they don't help with exhausts. Rather frustrating and I don't appreciate wasting my time.However a lovely Spanish guy (didn't get his name,) was very helpful and although he couldn't solve the issue- he still looked at the car and told me what was wrong with it and what part I needed. He is an asset to the business, unlike the guy at head office who clearly gives wrong information.
