I ordered a plant based margarita pizza with jalapeños and peppers as a topping. It had a thin and crispy base which you can?t change. Normally I wouldn?t get a thin and crispy base but since that?s the only option with the vegan pizzas I had to suck it up. When I received my order I was very surprised to see
The thin and crispy base meant non existent! It seems like the base of my pizza was pulled apart or something as on most of the pizza there is no dough base. It is just a very thin layer. And when I tried to leave a review it said they couldn?t submit my response and to try again later but I filled out all the boxes. Very very disappointed as you can?t add meat toppings to plant based pizzas (as a dairy free person I still like chicken or ham on my pizza) so to have to already miss out on normal toppings with a plant based pizza I now have to deal with bad pizza base? How is this fair.

Parking: There is one space usually taking or risk it and park on the double yellows outside

Food is okay. It?s the same all over. Service wasn?t the best, was told to wait for some cookies? which we did, then failed to recognise us when we went for them. It wasn?t busy

Can not comment on food that was never received!! as the called and cancelled or order then marked it as delivered. within 18 mins Prepared cooked and delivered.
Service is appalling Rizvin The lol "shift manager"working 14/10/24 @20:30 cant deal with this as "I have to go cut pizza's"
Wow! He also has no way of escalating a complaint, no contact detail for anyone to complain to.

Hello,
I placed an order inside your Domino?s store this evening, but I am extremely disappointed. As of 11:05 PM, my order has still not been prepared, and I?ve been waiting for 40 minutes. It seems that my pizza was forgotten. During this time, I received no updates, and as a customer, I feel completely ignored.
The staff member who took my order (a lady with filled lips) displayed a lack of professionalism, which only adds to the frustration. This experience is completely contrary to the quality of service I expect from Domino?s. It is unacceptable to encounter such a situation.
Considering this experience, I would like to state that I will not recommend Domino?s to anyone. I request that you take the necessary steps to address this issue and ensure customer satisfaction.

Ordered a click & collect, but on arrival the staff completely ignored me for a solid 5 minutes. Even though my pizza was ready, No one attended the counter. Would never go back

Very disappointing order. The pizza arrived looking like a soggy mess! I don't know how it passed quality control because there's way too much cheese which meant you couldn't even hold a slice. Too many toppings that have been chucked on. Looks undercooked as well. When ringing up, it felt like the person on the phone was gaslighting us to believe the quality wasn't as bad as we're making it out to be by saying "two of each topping on every slice" "can't be undercooked it's automatically cooked for 7 mins" you can quite clearly see in the photo there's more than 2 of each topping on every slice, not that they're even sliced properly and that it's not cooked properly. Got told nothing will be done about it and hung up. Now sat with no dinner. Absolutely disgusting customer service and food.

Order a pizza from dominos burgesss the pizza came very soggy under cooked it was like soup when I asked could they new they refused so I ask for a refund and they refused wasted my money thanks dominos

Ordered a pizza specifically without onions (allergy) delivery was fine, fairly quick. Got about half way before I found an onion in my pizza. Called to request a refund but they couldn?t give me one, only offered a new pizza - which I don?t want as they obviously don?t take cross-contamination seriously. Will not be returning

My pizza was soggy with grease, totally inedible, falling apart. I then couldn?t eat it, called their shop and I was told to ?calm down?, then I spoke with their Manager. I was told that they would send a driver out to me to collect my pizza to ?investigate? it. The driver arrived, and said it was not edible, and I should get a refund. I called the shop again, and the Manager said I need to call back in 5 minutes so I can get their conclusion. I am now sat with no dinner. Thanks mate!Vegetarian options: I was able to gluten free but my pizza was not sliced

Actually awful service. Said 22-38minutes to be delivered. Took an hour. Food was cooked within 10minutes. Sat on "quality check" for the remainder. Tried calling 5times. Noone picked up and hung up everytime.
