Honestly had a really terrible experience, I don't normally write reviews especially not such negative ones, but this feels warranted to me.Went into the shop on Friday needing to replace both the front and back screens of my phone and asked when they could have my phone ready. I was told the next day. Naturally I assumed they must have already had the parts in to do a quick fix, so I left it there happily. Turns out they did not have the parts, so the phone wasn't ready on Saturday or even Sunday. My partner went to check to see if they had my phone on Sunday at 3:30, but the store wasn't even open as the opening times stated it should have been.If I had known I would have to wait until TUESDAY, I would not have left my phone at this time, as I was expecting (and subsequently missed) some very important phone calls.I understand that apparently one of the parts that you ordered in was faulty, but that's no excuse for the fact that you told me that it would be ready by Saturday, in fact, if you had told me Monday, I would have happily waited until after my important calls had come through.Even after all that, I was happy to just have my phone back, so I probably wouldn't have written this review, but then I noticed that whoever replaced the back glass on my phone did a terrible job, and the it is literally coming off of my phone (see attached images). Picked it up yesterday I didn't take the rubber bands off until this morning and this is the state my phone is in now. You can even see the glue where it leaked between the glass and the body.The only positive I can list is that the touch screen is perfectly fitted and functional as I write this, but that honestly feels like the bare minimum at this point.Really disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. :(EDITAbsolutely shameless response from the owner, my phone was not at all bent when I brought it in, I know that because it was in a sturdy case the entire time it was broken that has remained dead straight. Yes, the glass was very shattered, but the phone was not bent.Also, if the phone was so badly 'bent' as you claimed, why does the front screen fit perfectly fine while the back glass is entirely detaching? Has it nothing to do with the obviously shoddy job with literal adhesive leaking between the glass and the body? You say that I could have brought it back for you to fix, but if the issue with the phone being ?bent? was so dire, then surely this is unfixable? Maybe you should have done a good job in the first place rather than expecting me to bring my phone back in, you only had my phone for 4x longer than you said it would take.As I said in my review several times, the other issue wasn?t that you took so long to repair it, it?s that your employee told me it would be ready the next day. You should not have told me this if you knew you didn?t have the parts.I will admit you guys did a good job on the front screen, but the way your response is trying to make it seem like the back screen detaching is my fault??? You have to be joking, you can literally see the leaked adhesive from the terrible application in the photos I posted.Slimy business practice to try and fault the customer, you should be ashamed.

My brother took his iPad to get fixed after the Wi-Fi wasn?t connecting anymore and everything was fixed perfectly and the customer service was great, highly recommend the place as one of the best places for IT in Burgess hill.

Great service. Had the charge port on an iPhone 11 fixed, was priced at £35. As no new parts were needed I was only charged £25. This was much appreciated and tells me they?re a great business you can trust. All future repairs will be done at the Digital Cafe in Burgess Hill. Highly recommend.

Had a major problem with my upmarket Samsung not displaying at all. Was advised it was a screen fault, the owner removed my SIM card transfered to my spare phone. He ordered the part over the bank holiday, worked on it & sent a not it was ready for collection in record time! He then cleaned it put a new screen protector on handed it back, tested it was working ok. Excellent service
