“This is branch of W H Smith and was buying gift card and post stamps. Had to wait behind a confused customer and the young lady on the till showed immense patience and kindness in the face of the challenge. There is a self service till but I couldn't use because of the gift card purchase. Very useful shop to have in the town and this member of staff deserves a medal!”
