Badly run coffee shop. Some staff are considerably better than others but something in the management is not right here.
Order machine is always ?out of order? and today dishwasher broken and half the seating closed.
Your customers would like you to sort yourself out and provide a level of service that they should expect.

Bought a cold drink and slice of cake service was awful, cake was stale, most of the tables were roped off and the ones left were taken. Not impressed, won't be returning

Super slow service, Long queues and 20 minute wait from point of order every time. Only order if not in a rush.

Turned up with 3 adults and 4 kids and they sorted us out with hot chocolate suitable for the kids, sweet snacks and hot delicious coffee for the adults. Nice and clean and very friendly service. Excellent.Dietary restrictions: Dairy allergy taken care of.

Dirty tables, rubbish/ food debris around the underneath the tables/chairs.
Needs a good scrub and a proper clean, it?s filthy!
Staff just wandering around aimlessly and even got the lifeguards from The Triangle to do the cleaning up! ?????
Fridge not working since 19/10/23 and not working on my visit on 24/10/23.
Poor visit and such a shame as it could be a really nice venue inside the Triangle leisure centre.

Come here every week for our child's swimming lessons and the cafe area is always filthy. The tables are full of used cups and food. The floor are unsweapt and large areas are blocked off for no reason. I dread to think what the hygiene of the kitchen is like. Today I waited in my car

Standard Costa offering,but service is slow here, only one person serving / doing everything, which inevitably caused a long line up of customers waiting.

Very busy as the branch is in a leisure centre. However it was filthy: tables not being cleared and food debris on the floor. The staff not on serving duties were chatting rather than making the place more presentable.
Parking: Loads of free parking.

I had a cheese and tomato panini which was soggy and devoid of the main ingredients and overwhelmed with pesto. My granddaughter had a strawberry and cream frappe which had whole ice cubes in it and no sprinkles on top. I had a large latte which was good.
There seemed to be a lot of staff with very little going on apart from the teenagers running it?s conversations and comments on whichever song was being played. NOBODY cleared any tables or swept the floor for the half hour I was there.
It was fairly busy when we sat down but I was taken aback at how filthy this outlet is (see photos), and it was obvious that that a basic, daily cleaning routine isn?t happening. Lots of uncleared tables, food on the floor which looked like it had fallen from several customer?s mouths.
I am a regular customer, and I have to say this is the most disgusting Costa coffee shop I have been to. Never again!

Paige and Lucy make this place somewhere we like to come all the time. The entire film crew choose Costa because the girls make it fun and have good conversation while you wait.Recommend this place massively.
