I would Like to say a Big Thank You to the Amazing people that work at CEX Burgess Hill as I Bought a Charging Lead for my phone 2 or 3 Weeks ago but then I had problems charging my phone today not Only did 1 of the Staff members take time to clear any debris from my Mobile Phone But when he Realised that the charger I had was to loose to charge my Phone he Swapted it for his New Charger Thanks Very Much Again for All your help I ALWAYS recommend you to my Friends !!

Beware before your buy , they had horrible customer service (many of the workers treated us very disrespectfully) the workers took our phones with no care and placed them down on the counter as if there were nothing horrible service won?t be coming back

Never have what you want. They just say check the website and quite frankly, this place is overpriced. You can get the same phones consoles etc for a fraction of the price they sell them for here.

I bought a pair of headphones from CEX (not this particular store) and when they arrived they where a different model and different colour and I wasn't exactly happy.
I ended up going down to this store to see how they could help, and they couldn't of been more helpful not only did they say they would return it to the original store and send me the pair I wanted they said If that store dosnt have my pair I wanted they will refund me,
I didn't have to mess around with any emails or mess around on some website they did it all for me and they where all super nice and polite :3 <3

BUYER BEWARE, this company/shop are con artists. Purchased a game on 22/12 as a Christmas present, took back 3/1 to exchange it (as they already had it) for a game that cost the same. The shop and two very unhelpful/rude staff members purchased it back at a lower price even though we had the receipt. They then charged the difference for the game we wanted to exchange it for. They explained that they offer a 2 day exchange policy after explaining it was a Christmas present they said it needed to be exchanged before the end of December, I didn't see any of these policies displayed in the shop. Awful customer service!
