BP no longer has an air pump for tyres. This one was only 20pThe BP payment app never works at this site.Despite this they have a nice little shop and staff here are friendly and helpful.The car wash is also good

Just went in to get a cup of coffee it was a regular cup half filled so I asked lady at counter is this right 3 times and she said that's how it is very unhappy as I paid £2.95 I wish I had just left it now will speak to one of the guys who work later tonight very bad service from this lady ?

I had previously rated this 5 stars 2 years ago and now 1 stars seems too high.I hadn't been here for some while, but today I made a special journey to use their jet wash and top up on fuel. The young woman behind the counter was extremely impatient and argumentative. She seemed annoyed with me when I asked to buy a jetwash, rather than just pay for my fuel and leave.It was still a little dark outside so I asked if she could turn the light on above the jet wash, she argued that it was. If it was I wouldn't be asking. We've had this debate before, where she argues, goes out to look and then agrees that it isn't working. So I'll assume they've never bothered to get it fixed or she loves to argue and then look the fool. I gave in and said that's fine I'll use the second one by the street and use the street lights, as I was really quite desperate to clean the grit off my car. But all this was for nothing, as the token didn't work and I wasted £3.99 of my own money and left this site feeling bitter, disgruntled and ripped off. You can keep the £3.99 and wave goodbye to any future business.Other benefits to this site include; lucky dip opening times, where they may say 6am, but this could be 6:30am ish. Pumps that look like they've been attacked by the Double Glazing Rebellion lot and the site always looks mucky.Bear in mind when using the jet wash that the tokens don't always work and they will argue that you've used it. So it's a gamble when you do. The jet wash quite often just sprays out water instead soap.Apart from all this, it's great!!! I won't be returning.
