What a joke. Can't get through on the phone. We're told to contact your pharmacy obviously to take pressure off our GP, well that's no good if no one answers the phone. Totally rubbish. Perhaps try taking on more staff!!!

Never had a good experience with this shop. You need to ad dip your prices before you get to the till because they always overcharge. When I told the lady at the till she told my boots card wasn?t working but the price was higher than the shelf price even without the card discount , every-time I go there they use the same ?the system is updated? excuse this place is possibly the worst in Burges hill the customer service is horrible too

Normally quite happy with this Boots but went to pick up some photos I'd ordered yesterday and was only given half of them. My husband went in today to hopefully collect the rest and there is still one missing. At this point I'll have paid nearly as much in parking as I have on the photos or would have paid on postage.
I don't want a generic reply telling me to call customer service. I've already wasted enough time trying to get these photos.

I?ve been overcharged multiple times here, as they do not update their systems with the offers advertised on the shelves, so make sure you work out your total before getting to the tills!
Had to go back to try and get a refund for the additional charge and the blond girl in the pharmacy outfit was very defensive, dismissive and rude.
I advised I?d have to make a complaint as it?s happened more than once and her answer was ?it?s not our fault, Boots haven?t updated our systems?. I don?t think she apologised once, and then wouldn?t refund me the difference without having the items with me?

Worst customer service in Sussex! The staff are rude, with an attitude, busy ignoring you while chatting about their lives instead of working and helping or serving customers. The manager must be blind not to see how bad the staff are.

Absolutely ridiculous and useless pharmacy. The most unhelpful and rudest. I ordered a morning pill and went to pick it up right after work and before closing time (it was 5:15pm). The old lady told me that the order wasn?t ready yet (it was). So I waited. I then decided to check again (it was 5:32pm) and the old lady still couldn?t see it but then checked again and said it was there but that she couldn?t give it to me as they were now shut? this is a joke! It?s the morning pill and you?re supposed to take it as soon as possible!! I work all day long and I?m not able to pick it any other time. I have absolutely no words to describe my anger and disappointment especially as I was there on time and the order was available!!! It?s unbelievable to be so unhelpful!!! It?s hard enough to have to go and get a morning pill from a shop.

The young, blonde pharmacist is usually very rude to me. I have a hearing disability and sometimes I have to ask back because she doesn't make it easy to lip read. Every time I ask for clarifications, she is rolling her eyes.

What is with the attitude with the staff in the Pharmacy about?! Do they think that just because there?s a counter between them and us that they can treat us with contempt? It?s the same if you ring them. The problem is that finding a decent alternative in Burgess Hill is impossible.

Rude and very unhelpful service.I think they should remember customers are human! ( Hilary you should try speaking to the customer not treat them like they shouldn?t be there, especially when they spend that amount of money with your company!)
