I ordered a metal bed for my brother as he broke two wooden beds because of his weight. Ordering was easy, communication was very good. The item I ordered was out of stock and I was informed by email straight away, and given a date when it was being shipped in. I mistakenly put my address for delivery instead of my brother?s and rang them immediately
to change it. I spoke to Stephen who sorted it out straight away. I was emailed once it had arrived in the UK and contacted again regarding delivery, which was within a couple of days. The bed was easy to put together (took 5 minutes) and is very strong. In all a very good experience and I would not hesitate to recommend Big Brand Beds.

Our new bed was delivered recently from Big Brand Beds. We ordered an extra strong, metal bed frame.
The 2 delivery guys were brilliant - so helpful, polite & friendly ? (Please pass on my thanks to them.)
We put the bed together very quickly & we are really happy with it - well made, quality finish & great value. Having now slept on it, we are so so happy - super strong & no creaking at all! Happy days ?
The customer service/communication we received via email was also great. A chap called Stephen assisted us on several occasions & he could not have been more helpful ?
All in all, it?s been a pleasure doing business with this company & we?re sure we?ll be back when replacing other beds in our home!

There is not a lot to say apart from 5 star all round from price to updates to delivery. As for the Hypnos mattress, I have had the best sleeps in many years.

Great quality product. Similar price to other mattress protection companies but this one had the exact size. Disappointed I didn't get regular updates re delivery and had to ring personally to the company to find out when it was arriving. Never got the delivery time after speaking just a rough day. On the day never got any idea if on its way etc. Item arrived somehow. Good quality just stressful waiting

Very good experience with Big Brand Beds. I ordered a Hypnos Mattress at the end of November as a Black Friday deal saving me just over £200 on the mattress. The mattress was delivered in January in accordance to the timescale given. The delivery was early in the morning and the men brought the new mattress to the bedroom and took the old mattress away for recycling. Can't ask for more than that and I'm very happy with the mattress. Wonderful quality service and item.

Having done extensive research online, this company offered the best prices for a mattress. Throughout, they kept us informed about delivery dates etc. and delivered it ahead of predicted time. Free delivery as well. The delivery men were very good and respectful. Thank you. Following this, we purchased a bed frame from the company - again, very good price and free delivery. would definitely recommend and would purchase from them again if needed.

I had such a wonderful experience with Big Brand Beds. I originally ordered a bed that was currently out of stock. They emailed with a similar (basically the same) model which was the same price and had it sent to me and it arrived within 3 days! Customer service is exceptional and I couldn't be more pleased. Best price available for my particular mattress. Arrived quicker than expected. Good communications - including on the day from the delivery team. Clean and tidy delivery, and (booked at time of order) they took the old mattress away at no extra cost. Recommended.
