But I can buy a saw and cut it myself in the car park.
Not sure that?s the vision B&Q want ?.

I called to check that the 2m panel board I got online from their website could be cut off I brought it over. They confirmed that I could and that I was heading over to them. When I came over I found out that the vertical saw is out of use and has been since Monday. I've had to go through the trouble of bringing it from Brighton in a hatchback and now taking it back.

I visited B&Q in Burgess Hill this evening as I needed some plywood cut to size. I called ahead around 7:00pm (they close at 8:00pm) to check if they?d still be able to do it if I arrived by 7:45pm. They told me it would be tight but possible ? and I?m so glad I went!
When I arrived, I was greeted by Ashton, who was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He helped me choose the right ply and got straight to work cutting it. Despite it being right near closing time, he didn?t rush or complain ? just calmly got everything done, finishing at 7:59pm on the dot!
Ashton is a credit to the B&Q team ? smart, polite, helpful, and clearly takes pride in his work. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Thank you, Ashton, and thank you B&Q!

We drove to B&Q Burgess Hill yesterday to pick up a Keter Maxi storage box. We had used the click and collect option. When we arrived we were served by a very helpful guy, unfortunately we didn't get his name .He had our order on a trolley. Unfortunately when I checked, it was the wrong colour. This guy did everything he could to rectify the issue as it looked like all their stock was inaccessible until after closing.He called on another guy (Josh) who went to check the warehouse while he called another branch to check their stock. Josh (after looking for a while)did eventually find one in the correct colour and we left the store .10 out of 10 Guys.
