Hi Barham and the ?extended? family of fitters Elliott, Alex and Octi(?). Thank you for fitting in our downstairs cloakroom amongst everything else. The finished product is really great, the effect that we wanted. Underfloor heating a great bonus. It is greatly admired by our visiting friends and family.

We have ordered a couple of bathrooms and a kitchen from 3 Step Designs over the last 15 years (the company was operating under a different name in the past). While the products they supply are at the premium end of the spectrum they are high quality products that last for many years. The installation work performed by 3 Step Designs team is usually very professional and thorough. They would not proceed on their own without having discussed every little detail with the customer. Highly recommended.

Bahram, Bess and the team turned our box room into the most incredible en suite bathroom. Completely new plumbing and everything, not just an update to a new suite, this room had never been a bathroom before. Truly the transformation of my dreams. They communicate well (it was delayed by Corona restrictions, but they were in frequent contact) and the standard of work is second to none.
