I went in my local branch this afternoon in Bognor Regis to enquire about cruising, there were 3 agents sitting at desks, none of which were with clients & not one of them looked up at me & asked if I needed any help, you obviously don?t need the business that much if you couldn?t be bothered to help me. Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had, will never step foot in that branch again

What a gem of a place. Very friendly and helpful staff. I've only been going abroad for a few years and I book all my holidays through our local Bognor Regis store. I'd recommend to everyone.

Went to book a group holiday with some friends. The staff were very knowledgeable and were able to offer us exactly what we were after. Nice relaxed but professional atmosphere. Will definitely be using again.

Fantastic store with the most friendly and helpful staff!They couldn't do enough to help me organise my year travelling and were brilliant when I kept calling from the other side of the world wanting to extend my travels and change my flights.They made the whole experience so much easier and took all the stress out of my first solo travelling adventure and even had plenty of flattery and compliments for all my photos when I got back.I couldn't recommend them enough!

Great experience from start to finish with the ladies in TUI Bognor, we had the best holiday in Mexico thanks to their friendly and professional advice! We always booked online in the past but it was actually so much more straightforward and exciting booking with the experts so we will definitely be booking with them again for our next holiday! 100% recommend!

Kept on plane for 3hrs when we landed, 2hrs in baggage retrieve but no baggage, had 3 days without cases so had to spend first few days buying essentials and clothes to wear as only had what we stood up in jeans and boots in 25degrees. Weather good though! Hotel Louis Phaethon staff amazing helpful and supportive.
