Long story short- Went in with a query about some door handles which were now updated to a slightly different design by the manufacturer, the very kind lady on the till (who I think was called Ellie but don't hold me to it!?) was very helpful in directly ringing the Havant store to see if they had any of the older stock. There was and she reserved them for me. Very grateful for this as she could have simply just palmed me off. Really need more kind people like her. Give her a pay rise!

I always come here and never had any problems other than low stock on occasions. Location is easy to get to and parking is ample. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Can?t contact local store by phone only via hub. Phoned twice wait times 30 and 40 minutes respectively. RidiculousTrying to track a package that should have been delivered yesterday. It?s now late afternoon the following day. Still no package. Not impressed.

Toolstation stand head and shoulders above other trade outlets, I believe. There's always a great range in stock (and there's next day delivery for the bits that aren't in stock), the prices are usually better than any other outlet, and the staff are always polite, smiley and helpful. Having to buy stuff is generally a chore but a Toolstation visit seems much less so. Reinstatement of the drinks machine would be the cherry on the cake, of course.
