Negative experience with Three. I signed up for a mobile broadband deal in-store ? was promised speeds up to 150 Mbps and the ability to cancel after one month. In reality, the speed never exceeded 5 Mbps even once. I contacted support just days after getting the device to report the issue ? they told me to put it near the window, higher up, etc. Nothing helped.
Worse, I was told I could cancel anytime before the end of the first month. But when I called to cancel, they still renewed the contract and charged me for another month. I tried returning the router to the store ? they refused, even though support told me I could bring it in.
To make things worse, Three repeatedly promised to send me a QR code for the return ? it never arrived. I checked every folder, including spam, for days. Only after I escalated the complaint did they finally send the return instructions and cancel the plan ? weeks later.
This was not just bad service, but deliberate misinformation and stalling tactics to take more money. Not to mention the rude behaviour in the store ? a staff member who initially spoke to me in Russian refused to do so when I came back with a device to return.
Avoid this company. Poor coverage, dishonest communication, and low respect for customers.
They are only good when you set up a direct debit payment.

Last week I purchased a 5G Hub from the Three stop in Bognor Regis. Normally it would have been a simple case of plug it in, find the network on my device, enter the password, and hey presto!
However there was an issue with the Hub that I was unable to resolve, and so yesterday I went back to the store and spoke to Natalia. I can only say that the customer service she supplied was excellent. She identified the problem, explained me what had gone wrong and why (she was very honest regarding this), and went above and beyond to ensure that nothing like this would happen again.
She was also polite, friendly, and courteous. Having worked previously in customer services, I really appreciated everything she did, and I'll definitely be using them again in future.

After having a bad experience in vodaphone the store next door to three I met Georgia upon arrival and she was so welcoming and very helpful and friendly and she helped me with all the issues I had. Thankyou Georgia for your assistance much appreciated

My current phone wasn?t working too well so I was looking to transfer from a sim only contract to a contract with a handset. Natalia was incredibly helpful, giving good advice and was able to transfer everything across from my old phone to the new one with no issues. Have been with three for a very long time and would always recommend.

I visited the Three shop at Bognor for the first time this morning, and I was absolutely delighted with the service I received. Jack was very fast and efficient at sorting data between my phones and Jake also contributed helpful advice and all round reassurance. I have never written a Google review before but was so relieved by my long-standing troubles (not caused by Three!) being resolved, I wanted to share this with any potential customers - Trust these guys, they really want to help and are very capable! Thank you so much! In addition on this new phone I can now download all the apps I need to keep my poorly father extra safe and in touch with the whole family when we are not there caring for him. You rock guys - I feel so uplifted and appreciative and trust you implicitly - virtual hugs and wish you All you wish for yourselves

I was having difficulty transferring from my old vodafone details my new 3 mobile service. The 3 staff members in the Bognor Regis branch sorted it all out for me. Excellent service, and thank you gentlemen.

Popped in the other day for my Dad to get a tablet, he ended up getting a great deal, Natalia was lovely and so helpful, I even ended up changing my sim contract to a better deal so no more running out of data for me!! I live near London but I think if I ever need to sort anything out with my phone I?ll be popping back to Bognor! Thanks so much

Could not fault the help and patience of the staff in this store. I after visiting 3 other mobile phone shops 2 weeks ago to assist my freind in replacing her tablet and phone we ended up in the 3 store were James assisted us. But due to no t knowing passwords we returned to the store today and was assisted by Jake and Jack who were absolutely brilliant. Left after making our purchases, as well as setting up device. In the end we did not need a new phone!I felt totally reassured that if my freind has problems at all she would happily visit the store on her own which after being laughed at by someone in the Vodafone shop in Chichester is a great improvement.Great customer service. THANK YOU.
