Been at surgery for years. I rang for a emergency appointment but got told to find another dentist. Couldn't even use my husband's check up apt. Thought it was a practice, which means there should be more then one dentist. Very angry ?

Been at this dentist for 50 years, all of a sudden, my nhs dentist leaving, so they cancelled my appt and have now left me with no dentist, and basically I have been told to find another dentist, elsewhere.

Great service yesterday.Part of my tooth fell out SundayI phoned Monday at 9Appointment made for 11.50By 12.30 the tooth had been sorted by the brilliant Dentist Razvan and I was on my way home.

Went over a year ago and since then have cancelled appointments. It seems they are only doing private patients that pay while NHS patients go untreated .They have made no effort to contact me or my family to rebook any appointments .

They went through a few staff changes a few years back but have always been helpful. They take time to discuss treatment and are very good at what they do. Reception staff very friendly and help and friendly

Nearly every appointment my wife has for herself or our children is cancelled with only a few hours notice. Totaly unexceptable especially seen as we have to juggle things around to get our children there. Wouldn't be so bad if it had only been a couple of times. You are quick to charge people if they don't give 24hrs notice for a cancellation perhaps you should offer the same grace. I would be rich!

Thankfully I don't need to attend very often but I have always found the reception staff helpful in arranging appointment times to suit ME. and the actual dental service has always been completely satisfactory having been registered there since moving to Bognor Regis twelve years ago.

Informed I needed an extraction, referred elsewhere to be told on arrival that they couldn't proceed without an xray and on my notes it stated one couldn't be done due to a gag reflex. White House dentist hadn't even mentioned an xray, let alone attempted to do one so he lied on my paperwork instead.
Receptionist, upon being told, blanked my complaint and just made my appointment for an xray.

The Reception Staff here really let the dentist's down, they never book the right appointments with the right time slots. Time and time again appointments are cancelled at the last minute as the turn over of dentist here is the worst I have ever known. If you are new to Bognor and looking to register with an efficient dentist, one who have dentist available on the day you have booked and when you get there you can have the work done because the receptionist are able to book the right appoinment lengh then my advice would be................ DON'T REGISTER HERE!!!!!!
