Just went in the store about 30mins ago. 2 people working, woman at the back and the manager at the front. All okay taking the order until he asked me what veg I wanted in my two subs. Asked him for cucumber and tomato's in one, he didn't have tomato's cut so went to cut some and came back with literally 2 slices of tomato's and put them inside the footlong sub. I said nothing and again for second sub asked for tomato but this time he literally ignored me and wrapped it. When I asked him about adding some tomato's he said he did. I told him no he added 2 slices to one and nothing to the other. He denied it so I made him open up the subs to prove it. He apologised and went to the back and cut a single tomato (3 slices) and put it in a separate box.
This is the attitude from the MANAGER. Disgraceful.

Probably the rudest and most unhelpful staff I?ve ever met. I?ve had multiple issues with ravee when ordering here. Not only does he constantly make customers wait whilst he?s on his phone but makes rude remarks whilst people are in store.
I?m not one to complain usually but having multiple occasions where me and my friends feel disrespected is unbelievable.

Was stood waiting with no one in front of me for 5 mins before even being acknowledged, staff were stood on their phones and chatting rather than making customers feel welcome. Sub was sub par. Staff didn?t change gloves between orders or touching phones or tills. Which is very unhygienic.

Some sort of loons in there ordered 4 foot long BMTs and they didn?t put any meat in it and waited an an hour and 45 minuited to get the order , after waiting in store for 30 mins

A serious problem with cross contamination here, members of staff having to be asked by customers to change gloves after touching meat and starting a new vegetarian sandwich, touching ear piece in ear then touching food. A nightmare for anyone with allergies.

Very dirty subway. A college replenished the mozzarella and dripped the juice is 3 surrounding ingredients on the way. One of my ingredients fell into another ingredient and he tried to put it in my sub but I stopped him. Luckily I was not allergic to that ingredient. Cross contamination everywhere as all surfaces were dirty. Lettuce has crumbs , sweetcorn , onions and you name what else mixed in it. Salsa all around the pot. Very messy and unhygienic!

Ordered online (Just eat) the sandwiches were done so wrong had completely different ingredients in them tasted awful.Missing loads from order which included drinks, cookies and crisps.Asked for a refund through the app to make up for the mistake and they refused.Waste of money.

Food was OK and service was not bad. Both assistants seemed to be working on online orders. Toilets left a lot to be desired unfortunately.

This place needs to be shut down indefinitely!Came in here with my partner Saturday tables were a mess looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages and the staff weren't very friendly and on top of it all I had a ham bacon and cheese 6inch which gave me food poisoning over the weekend this place needs to be shut down permanently or give the staff a refresher on food safety! Disgusting place will not be returning here ever again!

food was HOT. I burned my tongue the minute i bit into my food. No comunication what so ever. I showed him my rewards and i didnt realize my screen turned off, the man just stared at a black screen for a few seconds then started looking at me. After ordering he started talking to his Co-worker in a different language laughing. He passed me my order then said ?goodbye? in a suspicious manner.DO NOT RECOMMEND

Went in for lunch and got told I was banned even though I had never been there before.Kid-friendliness: Did not serve us (15 year olds) and sent us away in a rude tone.
