Prices are always wrong and misleading.\\nJackets are all 27.99 except the small size which is 34.99, so XS is 27.99 and M is 27.99 but S is 34.99, its an absolute trick.\\n\\nAlso they said 2 for X on many items but they aren't actually included. They rip you off at the till everytime

The staff on the tills were appalling, she screwed up the clothes I just bought. I asked her if they trained her how to fold clothes and her response was I did my best! That would be a no then!!

My partner has just been in the get our daughters new uniform, the package price was £167 but on payment at the till was £189, this was apparently because some items are adult size, this was not clearly stated, you can't charge that as she is a child and we are buying a child's school uniform, not items for an adult, I think you should contact me and refund us some money, we can provide receipts etc, I look forward to your speedy reply

Needed practical walking trainers. Massive selection to choose from, and you can pick up a bargain too. Assistant very helpful and you could try them on there which makes a change.

Big store but never enough staff. Waited ages for someone to find the correct size trainers, join the queue (one checkout open) but when its my turn a couple of 'European visitors' push in front. Guy serving says nothing - maybe he didn't want to upset them or maybe he couldn't care less ? Certainly not bothered about loosing a sale - maybe head office will be more interested ?

So nan gets an email to say go to sportsdirect counter and say free tshirt where she should have received a free England tshirt, her mobile doesn't have Internet so they turn her away, pissed of as the heat today and the effort she made to go into town tossers

Terrible... As I was purchasing a product I checked I could get a refund if it wasn't right and brought it back. They said "No" so I changed my mind. They then said you've just bought it, even though I had stopped the transaction before completion and they refused to give me back my money until I had waited 10-15 minutes for a manager as they have a no refunds policy.

Today went into the store to purchase a pair of shoes. I knew the ones and where they were i the store i just needed an assistant to get the correct sizes so i could purchase them and be on my way. After 10 minuets of searching for a member of staff who was free to help i decided to leave. At this point me walking to the exit attracted the attention of an employee who said she would just finish her current task of moving a suit case and she'll be back in a minuet. Another 5 minuets went past, the employee had wandered off and i could not find her or still any other free employee. I spotted her helping on the till area or chatting to a collegue clearly indecating i had been forgotten about!! I apreciate that the summer is a busy time but perhaps you should take on more staff and or make sure your current staff understand what customer service is!!
