I was very impressed with the service at the Bognor Regis store today. I walked in on the off chance to have my eye checked due to an infection concern and every single member of staff I spoke with were warm, friendly and so, so helpful. They tended to me straight away to identify my concern, and found an appointment for me on the same day. This put me at ease and resolved my worries about my eye quickly and effectively. Thank you so much!
