Coach party hotel. Didn't book dinner, which finishes at 7.30. But breakfast was bland and dull. Took 20 mins to get a vat receipt.

Bit of a mix up with the 2 rooms we booked- I booked twin bed rooms with a sea view and a double bed room with disabled access preferably near a lift but they mixed them up.Double bed with shower & sea view - not near a lift and a twin bed room near the lift but with a bath! And to access it, you had to go down about 6 steps. Which my step mum couldn?t do. So we had to swap roomsWe did inform them on the day of our stay but really didn?t push the issue but I was disappointed not to have the sea view that I paid for.Room 41 was soooo cold - I slept in my socks. But my Dad in the sea view room 8a said his was warm. Most of the rooms at the front had the sun the in daytime. We faced the back. Although the airing cupboard/wardrobe had large pipes running through so my clothes were warm- we left the door open the last day. Also their kettle in the room 8a didn?t work and it was reported on the Saturday but they said they couldn?t fix it or give us a working kettle during the stay. Not good enough really.Beware the WiFi doesn?t work in the rear lounge area - I didn?t realise and used all my data up sending photos to my husband on WhatsApp.Good news though is the waitressing staff are amazing so efficient and friendly and the food was lovely. They serve gluten free meals but didn?t cater for gluten free desserts so my aunt had just cheese each night.Rooms: All the rooms come with en-suites but make sure you ask for a walk in shower if you have mobility issues as some only have baths with a shower enclosedWalkability: Tesco?s is within walking distance just turn right when you exit the hotel. The town is on your left.Food & drinks: Food was lovely and breakfast was always cooked to your liking so 10/10

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Old and tired rooms. Festively decorated which was nice. The food was ok and plenty of it. You certainly do not go hungry there! The staff are lovely and try to help with everything you need. The bar isn't very well stocked in my opinion. As in choice. And it wasn't open for very long. The food was hot when it came out which was great. And we all ate at the same time which was lovely.Definitely worth a stay though. ?

Great place to stay. Very friendly. The staff were absolutely brilliant. We had a punch and Judy festival on the grounds of the hotel. Thanks to The Royal Norfolk Hotel for allowing us to perform in front of their hotel ?. It was to remember Tony Hancock and the film The Punch and Judy Man. It was a 60-year anniversary since the film was made in Bognor and on Bognor beach. Tony Hancock was the punch, and Judy man in the film ? the name of the town in the film is Piltdown. And you might be lucky enough if you go to Pinks opposite the pier, and ask for a Piltdown Glory. You will get a fantastic ice cream. This is an ice cream that was eaten in the film. The film was put on in the cinema on Saturday night. But I think one last word goes to The Royal Norfolk Hotel. To all who made this possible, The Hotel, the Punch and Judy club, or society. Members of the Tony Hancock apprisation Society, who came together to arrange for this festival to come together, was no mean feet. Once again, a Big Thank you to The Royal Norfolk Hotel for allowing us to use their premises for this event. And I hope we can maybe, look forward for next year maybe I hope fingers crossed. To the Hotel, you were amazing than you.

Best out of 5 leisureplex hotels I have been to. One slight snag was a tight fit squeezing in and out of the shower big fella like me.
