This chemist doesn't even deserve 1*. They continue to use the Pandemic as an excuse for pure Idleness. My prescription was supposed to be ready on a Monday, so, I give them an extra week because the majority of the customers are well aware of the chemists incompetence. The following Monday, I'm told it's not ready, and to come back Wednesday. I come back Wednesday, and believe it or not, it's still not been done. I return on Friday only to be told it's still not done. This time they have the audacity to stick a sign outside claiming they are short of staff. So, a repeat prescription is now taking a min. of 3 weeks to get. This chemist needs to be closed down, or have a change of management. I will be writing to my MP about this disgrace.

Since Covid very very poor, no staff, not answering their phone and in general very rude to people who have waited to use the Pharmacy and then been turned away. Get your act together as other Pharmacies seem to have done/are doing...no respect to the elderly either.

Very slow service especially since covid restrictions. Expect to wait outside for a minimum of 10 minutes.

So yesterday after waiting 45 minutes for prescriptions, was told half the request would not be available until this afternoon (following day). It was clear the prescritpions were there but had not been assembled. I said I was happy to wait, but told it had not been delivered yet - yet the front lady didn't know what exactly hadn't been delivered! Clearly a lie. Just been back and was told it was not ready - I had to wait. Then given prescriptions, and date on pharmacy label was 23rd - two days ago. So it ad been done but just wanted to inconvenience me. I would think this was a coincidence but the lady is so rude and blunt; last time the same thing happened, and time before was told that they weren't in stock and would need to come back tomorrow and yet a different person came out five minutes later with all the prescription!?!\\nAnother time they said it hadn't been sent over from GP yet checked with GP and it had been with pharmacy three days and as soon as they knew I had checked they suddenly found it.\\nI understand they are busy; I understand sometimes things are not in stock, but when it is a lie and they just clearly haven't been organised and they then make stuff up it is extremely frustrating!\\nThey don't like you to come within a week of placing order, yet the online system doesn't allow you to order a week in advance...\\nI have always been polite and patient but I do feel let down when I am lied to and am seriously considering changing pharmacy.

absolutely disgraceful waited in line for half and hour told it was not ready yet had to wait OUTSIDE until ready . as an 80 year old its not acceptable with A FREEZING WIND BLOWING. get a grip rowlands. not even worth 1 star

No complaints. Good service, they have things in stock when required and it's right next to a doctors.
I think you have to order things online or over the phone but it's very good, the people who deliver are always very nice. They also have very good problem solving skills.
No problem, five stars.

Most drugs need to come back next day as they have to order them in. They do not stock dressings. Update 22 Feb 17: Yet again poor stock of items made to wait 15 mins before being told "oh, we don't have that".
