I was looking for somewhere that i could sell a substantial amount of small gold coins. Luckily i came across Reeves and Son. Right from the first phonecall to when the money was deposited in my bank i was made to feel valued. The rates i was offered were exactly what i was hoping for. I cannot recommend highly enough.

I have been to this jewellers and their Littlehampton branch, they have an amazing selection of gold, silver and watches. I have purchased many things from both branches and am very impressed with the customer service and quality of their stock. The staff are always very happy to help and also very polite. I will be returning to purchase more personal items and gifts.

I have been both to the Littlehampton branch and Bognor branch and have never received rude or unhelpful feedback. If I asked questions the workers were more than happy to help and explain their reasons as to why they may not allow customers to do certain things due to issues they have had recently which is totally understandable as they are a small business. The jewellery I have purchased is in amazing condition and I will be sure to come back for gifts and other purchases.

Had a morning out in Bognor and as we strolled passed Reeves I saw a lovely Rolex in the window I was interested in.As background I collect watches - mainly high end and for a change it was a Rolex that looked good! (Personal taste I know).After discussing it with my wife we decided to go in and have a look.That's where we were then made to feel like criminals!! On asking to have a look at the watch the owners son appeared and asked if I was intending to buy it today. My reply was clearly that I may but like any watch I'd like to feel it, try it on and see how it looks. It was then that he said he had people regularly run off with goods so wasn't prepared to allow me anywhere near it.Offered to give him my Tag watch, admittedly not the value of the Rolex, and my wallet (credit and debit cards) and any other collateral he required to be told "that doesn't come anywhere near close". Actually, the buying power far exceeded your watch.Having been made to feel like a criminal in waiting we gave up and left.I have been in many many jewellers and high end watch shops, all over the UK, to look at watches and NEVER been treated in such a way. In fact the high end jewellers often sit you down and offer you a glass of something while you try the watch on for size & feel, recognising that a hard sell is not the way.You need to learn from them. If you're that worried about Bognor residence running off with your stock fit a 'dead mans' door so you can control ingress and egress.The only way to buy a watch without this experience is online - and frankly I'd never spend that sort of money without trying it on to see how it felt on the wrist.ABYSMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Which no doubt will now get a reply justifying the move or adding to the poor service.
