This branch looks like a Pizza Hut but it appears to be franchised out and the owners are cutting some big corners. They use frozen manufactured pizza bases like the pizza you get from Sainsburys pizza counter. It?s edible but not a freshly baked pizza taste like it should be (chewy fresh dough). But charged pizza hut premium price.I?ve never come across a fake pizza establishment so a rare find. If they just renamed the place to Pizza Hat, then I?d be ok with it.

Usually, we order pizza from Domino's or Papa Johns but thought we'd give these a go.Mistake! The amount of cheese and grease was phenomenal. I mean, don't get me wrong, I like cheese on my pizza, but it was disgusting. There was so much cheese that it was either stuck to the box or just too heavy, so when picking up a slice, it all just fell off. Will not be ordering from here again

Regularly order from this takeaway restaurant. We need to cater for one who doesn?t eat pizza and one gluten free persons in our house and these guys haven?t let us down yet. A good variety of non pizza items for the one who doesn?t eat pizza and the gluten free has been reliable every time, we don?t go back anywhere that can?t be trusted with the gluten free part particularly.We order a collection as we are a little far out for delivery but the food is always ready when we arrive to collect and hasn?t disappointed.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pizza which is both trustworthy and tasty

I don?t normally leave reviews but on this occasion it?s only right to do so..I normally order through the web page and haven?t had any issues but this evening when I placed my order I noticed my order was incorrect on my part. I called the Hut the the gent I spoke to said my order hasn?t gone through to the kitchen although I?d received a confirmation email. After a while of going back and forth he gave me the email to the local hut that I could forward my confirmation email to. After he received this my order was amended and sent out promptly with a complimentary drink.Credit where credit is due.Thank you.

Didn't order. Staff really rude and offhand because I don't know my current telephone number off by heart and asked him to wait while I looked it up. His abrupt response "Do you know your telephone number or not!".I used to always buy from there but that isn't the first time recently the staff on the phone have been rude, including calling me "Sweetie". I am an elderly lady attempting to do business with them. Where is the respect and manners? Not only one man. At least two. No business from either my son nor I again.I have had to put that I ordered what we usually would to get this to post. I didn't order. I told him he is rude and to leave it.

Ordered a delivery for 7.15-7.30. Eventually we received a pizza at 9.00pm. When we complained we were told times were an ?estimate? even though 2 hours late is shocking. Awful service.
