Went to One Stop Durlston Parade at 3:30pm today (10th July) with my two daughters. Disgusting etiquette from the cashier. No smile. No reply when I said Thank you, twice. Then shouted at me (a pregnant woman) from across the counter when my 5 year old had accidentally dropped her sweet- it wasn?t visibly broken or anything but I swapped with the same kind from the shelf just incase.
Something wrong with that woman. Zero customer service skills. Shouldn?t be in a customer facing role nor around children.

They don't follow the opening time at all, especially in the last 2-3 years as they never have enough staff to keep the shop open until 10 PM, many times they closed it even before 7-8 PM. Many times they have no basic items on stock for example bread, egg, milk or soft drinks. Last time I had the worst shopping experience there in my life ever. They never put out baskets for the customers, some of the customer is still asking from them, but I'm using my own bags long time ago for shopping. I started to put lots of biscuits to my bag, when one of the young lad who is working there asked me that I gonna pay for it? Because I have put in the bag lots of items. I said of course, is he asking from everyone!? I'm living in this area 10 years ago and I was regular customer there until now. This is outrageous that they started to accuse random people with stealing without reason. I'm the same there 10 years ago, they are always different every months as the management can not keep the workers there. But this is not my problem. Just keep to employ this kind of staff and leave the shelves empty like always and soon you can close permanently. I never leave negative feedback, I don't like to waste my time, but One Stop (Durlston Drive, Bognor Regis) well deserved it.

Staff member behind till was dismissive and condescending.Asked for a bag . No attempt to pack it for me,just thrust in my face.No thank you or goodbye. More interested in filling out "reduced" stickers.

Visit this one stop at least 3times a week at least one of those occasions a week is awful due to a couple of members of staff who seem insubordinate one of whom is potentially a manager who huffs and puffs if you're in the aisle and they want to get there even though you are buying something also the 2 people in question often block the aisle off just talking and ends up resulting in not being able to get everything. Also one of those members of staff if she is serving on the till seems to lack very basic customer interaction skills! I don't want this bad review to reflect on every one who works there as they seem very pleasant

They sell broken products and don?t even tell you, even tho they have to scan it, so obviously they know and they rarely offer you the receipt. About 10 times I?ve been there I?ve been offered the receipt just once, which doesn?t shock me, cause if they sell damaged goods it?s obvious without the receipt you can?t return it.Once they ask you for ID, the other day the same person doesn?t. I guess it depends on a mood. I just moved to the area so was going there cause it?s super close, but I think I?d rather a longer walk.
