Terrible staff except 1 or 2. Over priced. Think they open stuff and then sell separately at extortionate prices. Customer service is not top of the list. Queue upon queue. Bring back the lovely family who had it before. Rude manager. Total complete disregard for shoppers

Get my electric and gas here quite often. Never had a problem. Quite a few offers on most weeks. My friend Kevin Clarke has also been using the shop for years for his gas and electric and food items. No complaints .

Over charged for parcels and different prices depending on different staff.Also staff put incorrect address on the computer ( return address ) resulting in parcel being lost.Staff refused to change address saying it would get posted as correct address was on the front. IncorrectWhen questioned after parcel was lost staff were not helpful, provided with a form to fill out.Not happy with the service

The cashier didn't seem to know what she was doing. Wasting time for twenty minutes, filling out forms and putting the documents in the package, I heard that they don't provide that kind of service.
