Well, yesterday we went to bognor to look the apartments 26/06/2025 at 16:15 and 16:45 the agent who was there for viewing the property she isn?t so nice kinda rude not even say anything?s stand with an angry face and rush . Doesn?t work that way ;) hope you look for it.

Absolutely awful service - booked a viewing on a property at 4:50pm, by 5pm no sign of the estate agent. Call them to find out they forgot to ring me and let me know they cannot make it. So so unprofessional, AVOID

Moving out tomorrow, reported a leaking window 1 year ago when I moved in, fixed last week by the owner. Light switch fixed after several months which meant I was cooking in semi darkness. Just now waiting to see how much of my deposit they will try to claw back even though the place is spotless. Watch this space.

Martin & Co definitely think about their customers. My old property was with them and ended up being sold and they found me a new property really quickly. All the checks were quick and I was able to move in within a couple of weeks. Maintenance issues are sorted as soon as possible and emails are answered promptly.

So I spent most of the morning on Saturday 2nd April 2022 trying to call these people to book a viewing for a property. No answer and no recorded message to advise in fact the call just got cut off each time! Monday morning when the phone is answered I'm too late. Pretty poor I'd say. Won't be back to buy, let, sell or anything else.
