I have British heritage but now live in Tasmania, Australia.
I have had a savings account with Lloyds at this branch for many years, and have been attempting to close it and withdraw he few funds left in it - but this seems to be an impossible task.
Advised to get onto internet banking, I have attempted for hours to follow prompts, only for Lloyds to continuously regect my password, user ID. I change them for new ones, and get the same result. An international phone call, a registered letter costing more than $40 to post, all result in the same advice, it JUST DOESN'T WORK.

Very warm welcome at the Bognor Lloyds branch today. Julia was very helpful indeed, answering all our questions and showing us how to make the most of our accounts.

This morning I visited the Lloyds branch in Bognor Regis. I had an urgent matter and all the customer service ladies were very busy, nevertheless they made time for me and were very helpful in putting me in touch with the fraud cell. Without problem they stayed after hours to make sure their customer left the branch happy. I lack the words to say how helpful and kind they were. Katie and Gabbie thank you very much and I hope that more than once your customers will be satisfied with your help.

Rustington is closed so either Worthing or Bognor. For a change I decided to use your Bognor branch. When I got here I found that is closed!! A 23 minute journey all for nothing.
I am not impressed.

I pay money in each week and also pop in at other times for other requirements. The staff are really friendly and helpful. There is usually someone on the 'shop floor' but if not the cashiers are very helpful.

3 times i try to make a bank account and they keep adding new requirements like with the ID is not possible and bring a passport later the prof of address etc....
