Courtney Kent dealt very efficiently and promptly with the recovery of funds due to the dilapidations incurred by the outgoing tenants at my flat. This is often not an easy matter. It requires dealing with a lot of small issues and processes. An excellent example of good property management.

We brought a house through Leader (Bognor Regis) one of their staffs, Taylor, has been very helpful, able to accomodated us with the time and date of our choice for viewings, answered our queries in a professional manner, or call us back with the answer. We were very pleased with their services - they will call you back when they say so!

Olivia was very nice ,helpful and supportive through the whole process for renting. We was the first to see our new rent property and received all emails with checks and application forms very quickly. Every time I had a question, she had the answer. We moved about a week ago and ready to spend our Christmas in a new home!!!Thank you Olivia ! Thank you Leaders !

We have recently rented a property to which Betty who is the newly appointed manager of the Bognor Regis branch ( well deserved) dealt with the whole process from start to finish and did such a superb, professional job. From viewing the property to moving in only took a couple of weeks which was amazing. We have now been in our new rented property a week and apart from a few bits of unpacking we are pretty much settled in and loving it so a massive thank you to Betty & leaders for all thier fantastic work and support ?

I have always found the staff at Leaders polite, big on promises but slow to action problems. I don't blame them entirely [3 property managers in 12 months], but the incompetence/quality of most of the trades people they have instructed to carry out work defies belief.Thank goodnesss for Hugo. He has listened to, and addressed, my issues [ 1 of which had been oustanding for over 6 months]. He has done everything he could to resolve my problems, and checked up to make sure I am happy with what's been done.

The team at Leaders are pleasant enough to work with but had 2 issues with regards to the transaction.Issue 1 you?re forced to go through a security check process via Lifetime Legal that charge £70 for something that costs £4 with anyone else, they then offer you a free 2 months lifetime legal subscription that auto renews after 2 months unless you cancel, costing more money. Lifetime legal will then offer you conveyancing services, thing is if you don?t take up the opportunity you?ll still be enrolled in the subscription plus need to go through the process of security checks with another solicitor, but that will only cost you the £4 mentioned.Issue 2 property purchased was a retirement apartment. Before moving in we were required to fill out some necessary forms, and were blocked from moving in until that was completed along with a demo of the pull cord alarm system. Leaders were apparently aware of that but didn?t notify us of the requirements.

Hugo T has been an absolutely amazing support and helped sort out an issue that has been ongoing for over a year. He listened to what we needed and took such care in ensuring we got a good deal, kept us informed regularly and made us feel really listened to. Once he got involved the issue was felt with quickly and I couldn?t be more pleased with the service he has provided.
