KFC Bognor Regis deserves a resounding 5-star rating! My recent visit was exceptional, largely thanks to one outstanding team member. This gentleman went above and beyond, providing a level of table service rarely seen in fast-food establishments. He was incredibly attentive, ensuring all our needs were met with a friendly smile. Beyond his excellent customer service, he also maintained an impressively clean dining area. The restaurant was spotless, creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. This dedication to cleanliness and customer care truly elevated the entire dining experience. I was thoroughly impressed and will definitely be returning to KFC Bognor Regis. This gentleman's commitment to his work is a credit to the restaurant and deserves to be recognized. He is a shining example of what great customer service looks like.

Ordered through Just Eat. Half the items missing including the burger out of a box meal. Food was cold and chips were soggy. Unfortunately their prices go up and care taken and quality of food goes down.

Came in for some lunch today with my family and I don?t normally do reviews but I feel like this thing shouldn?t go unnoticed! His name was Rikki, and he couldn?t have helped us anymore if he tried, he was so kind, I also heard him talking to another colleague and he was so sweet and kind to her too and it really made my day! I really hope you read this or it gets passed on to you to read! Can?t thank you enough for your kindness and being so helpful with everything! Amazing service! :) I wish you nothing but health, happiness, love and that life treats you very well as you deserve it! <3

We went as a big family group for my 8 year olds birthday meal after a day out. Great , hot food. Brilliant service .All the staff were amazing, singing happy birthday, bringing extra plates etc . Made it brilliant fun and a great value treat.

Come here with 2 of my children and my partner today 16.11.24, one of my children is autistic and non verbal, he was a bit upset couple times, a red head lady (wish I got your name) who was cleaning up after people was amazing, I was giving my autistic son a box of popcorn chicken and chips and he kept pushing them away getting upset so she asked if we wanted plates (he still didn?t want it) but was so lovely for her to offer. I then went and got him a ice cream with chocolate sauce not thinking and he had a melt down because it had chocolate sauce on it, my partner asked if we could have one that?s plain and she smiled and said yes and got him one for no charge. ( we would of payed if we had to). She always had a smile on her face and was never standing around, was cleaning tables. I wanted to write this review as it?s so nice for places like KFC to be so understanding of people with autism or any other disability. I really hope your manager see?s this and tells you what a fantastic worker you are and person. We walked out of this KFC with a smile on our faces.
I also want to add our food got to our table very quick. Thank you

At these prices, they can't afford to mess up with cheaper competition so close.
Our off peak dine-in order took 29 minutes! People came in and ordered after we'd ordered, and left with their food long before we eventually saw ours. Other people returned to complain about missing order items.
The chips are better than local competition but the portions are smaller (especially given the much higher price) and the burgers are, in my opinion, much nicer than local competition but, again, the PRICE.
Not worth the frustration at this cost
