Very Disappointed, poorly managed store !!
Went into the store this afternoon to buy DC trainers £140 was given one to try whilst they found the other, the only pair that had was the display one, when compared one obviously had been tried a few times as there was black sock dross inside & crease across the toes + discolouration on the toe.
I asked if I could have a NEW pair & the manageress said ? I would have to pay extra delivery for them?
Still trying to purchase a pair of dc trainers ?, I decided to buy the £150 ones .
Exactly the same, only the display one & not another pair..
Obviously couldn?t care less if I bought them or not!
GREAT customer service would have been to have got me a pair & myself not having to pay for delivery & the shops problem!!
My current DC trainers were purchased from there £160 & I?ve certainly spent a lot in your store..
Obviously ? not giving a toss about customer service, I would NEVER use JD Sport again.

Rude staff. Ignored me and left me waiting while person infrastructure downloaded the app I walked out all he had to say I won't be long or while other person was downloading app could of at least asked me what I wanted or even served me. RUDE.

visited today (boxing day) and while i can appreciate the staff not wanting to be there over the festive period, most of the female staff were very miserable, rude and unhelpful. makes the shopping experience very un-enjoyable.

JD,, very small shop hard to manoeuvre around,, feels quite cramped in, however the clothing is trendy and the prices have gone down to more reasonable. I can get always a nice mix & match in the ladies section. The children's clothing also good, much nothing for newborns, first size. Staff polite always wanting to help. ?

I recently visited JD Sports in Bognor Regis, and overall, it was a good shopping experience with a few notable highlights and some areas for improvement.
First, the positives: The store is well-organized and visually appealing, with a wide selection of sportswear, footwear, and accessories. It?s easy to navigate, and everything is neatly arranged, making it simple to find what you?re looking for. The variety of brands and styles is impressive, catering to a range of tastes and needs, from casual athletic wear to more specialized sports gear.
The staff were generally friendly and eager to help. When I had questions about specific items, they were knowledgeable and provided useful recommendations. The checkout process was smooth, and I appreciated the efficiency and politeness of the cashiers. The store also has frequent sales and promotions, which offer good value for money.
However, there were a few downsides to my shopping experience. Firstly, the store was quite busy, and it felt somewhat crowded, especially in the footwear section. This made it a bit challenging to move around comfortably and take a closer look at the products. A more spacious layout or better crowd management could improve the shopping experience.
Secondly, while the staff were generally helpful, I did encounter a bit of a wait when I needed assistance. It seemed like there weren?t enough staff members available to handle the number of customers, leading to delays in getting help or advice. This could be frustrating, especially for those who need specific information or are in a hurry.
Lastly, although the store offers a good range of products, some of the sizes and popular items were out of stock. This was disappointing as I couldn?t find the specific sizes I needed for certain shoes and apparel. Regular restocking and better inventory management would go a long way in addressing this issue.
In conclusion, JD Sports in Bognor Regis is a solid choice for sportswear and accessories, with a great selection and generally helpful staff. However, the crowded environment, occasional wait for assistance, and stock availability issues are areas that could use some improvement. Despite these drawbacks, I would still recommend it for its overall good quality and variety of products.

Yeah, so I spent like a grand in this shop in a week and I found a mark on one of the items, Nike tracksuit bottoms, I returned them and I was told I can't exchange without tags on which I find a joke because I worked at a JD years ago and it's not hard to retag items. I will never shop here again

My husband visited the store with our adult son.My husband is an amputee and was in his electric wheelchair. He was unable to go much further than the front entrance as he had to move rails of clothes out of his way. He spoke to a member of staff who suggested he should leave his wheelchair outside!Absolutely disgusting!
