Dreadful !!! I brought in a jacket, trousers and another jackets for to be given a price for alteration. After two weeks I still had no price even after a phone call to chase the quote. Also, he lost my £90 jacket which I had spent I spent £125 tailoring costs for a perfect fit prior to taking it here for cleaning.... read full comment

I had very large velvet curtains cleaned. Excellent job. One very large one needed a new lining. Again this was an excellent on and the lining was better than the original from JohnJewis. I would say James cleaners could do with a 5 star plus. Thank you
