“Visited Bognor store feeling at my wits end as impossible to get a doctors appointment was helped by a male member of staff think his name was Stuart who took time to talk to me ask lots of questions to get to the problem explained everything to me as to what might be going he explained different products to me and what they all did I didn't feel at all pressured into buying them but obviously I did and didn't feel at all rushed. I find all staff at this store helpful knowledgeable and friendly keep up the good work”
