My parents had a caravan on this site for many years. Much has changed including many silly rules regarding the swimming pools. You have to book, like you did during covid, and you can only have an hour in the indoor pool. The outdoor pool isn't much better as you can't even sit around the pool if it's not your turn. It's just so sad that I was able to sit around the pool at the apartment I stayed at abroad but these places can't seem to cope here - sad times.

Great location near the beach and overall a nice holiday park. Good comfy beds in the caravans, which were clean and tidy upon arrival. We had a smooth and easy check-in when driving through the entrance, and there was no need to exit our car. We found it difficult to find our caravan at first however due to the lack of directional signs. Having a map of the park handed to us would have helped. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful apart from a couple who you could tell didn't really want to be there. As it's a summer job for most of them though you can sort of understand. The restaurant and arcade were decent and reasonably priced but we gave the indoor swimming pool a miss as it looked a bit small. The outdoor pool looked good however and we would use this if we had more time here.No WiFi in the caravans was an issue so I would recommend downloading some films and shows to watch offline whilst your here. I think there are better holiday parks out there that would offer more, but we made some great memories here so I would recommend it for a short family break away.

1st time visiting since the pandemic. Oh my how it's gone down hill!!Still the same stunning location just poorly kept and don't even get me started on the golf course!Spoke to quite a few owners on site and they say there have been major cost cutting.Won't be returning anytime soon and this was our favourite haven site ?

Good place to take the grandkids for a few days. Lovely indoor and outdoor pools. Excellent clean modern caravan with comfy beds. Activity program for the kids is well organized. Restaurant has reasonable food choice. The only thing that really lets the place down is the supermarket on site. It's being staffed by youngsters who haven't a clue on People's needs. I went in there on five occasions for a white loaf of bread. All that was left on the shelf was seeded and brown. I asked each time I went in to be told that there wasn't any. . Then I found out that the previous days delivery was still in baskets and been sitting for a day at the back of shop. So poorly run with nobody of responsibility. .Next time I go I will make sure I take all my own food and drink.

This place is amazing for the kids. After visiting here, we will definitely be coming back. The staff were great, always interacting with the kids and generally enjoying themselves, which showed in all they done. The grounds are clean and well kept with a generally safe feeling throughout the park. Our accommodation was on the owners side, so can only say what we had was amazing. All in all a great experience and we can't wait to return. ?

Restaurants staff , one Very rude ,think he may of been management. Food not great.Nice in and out pool which you have to book an hour slot for . But in the week outdoor pool only open for few hours after lunch . Even on a hot mornings. Showers didn't work in pool area.Fish and chips on site was nice but over priced.Would I return , yes but I'd bring a hoover and our own paddling pool ?.Rooms: Needed vacuuming . But nice size. My stay at Haven Church Farm in Bognor Regis was unfortunately marred by a series of disappointments. The accommodation we were provided with was an older van with outdated and run-down facilities. The carpets were dirty, and there was a pervasive smell of damp dog in certain areas, making the atmosphere less than pleasant. While the facilities themselves were alright, in line with the usual offerings from Haven, the standout downside was the behavior of the security guards. They seemed to lack basic courtesy and respect towards customers, gruffly demanding passes without a "please" or "thank you," and showing a dismissive attitude. The older guard with glasses was particularly off-putting, retreating when a drunken rowdy situation unfolded in the main room and only reappearing once the situation had calmed down. This lack of proactive response was concerning, especially when there were families present. It was disappointing to observe that the security staff allowed drunken yobs to shout and scream, disturbing the peace, with seemingly no reaction or intervention. This situation persisted for two out of the three nights during my stay. During the daytime, the noise level was further increased by loud music from neighboring vans as they argued with others, despite repeated requests for them to turn it down. While the park itself had its charms and the bar and restaurant staff were friendly and efficient, the glaring issue was the security team. Many others at the park also experienced similar problems with the same guards, raising questions about their approach and effectiveness. Overall, the experience left a lot to be desired due to these security issues, casting a shadow over what could have otherwise been an enjoyable stay.

Avoid like the plague if you or a family member has a neurodiverse condition! It is not the safe inclusive space Haven advertise. Aggressive staff that threaten you in front of your children for a start and jobsworth staff that make up rules as they go along. Absolutely disgusted with the disability discrimination I was subjected to and when you've paid over 1k for a holiday you expect better treatment

We went to the Mash and Barrel for a coffee, but never got one, orders were only taken at a table, which was fine we went and sat down and waited and waited, no servers came near our table, other table sat down and were served straight away, I got up a couple of times to try and speak to someone only to be waved away, so after 15-20 we left. The cafe wasn't busy lots of servers around, they just didn't want to serve us

Another brilliant stay. Fabulous holiday park! Lots of wonderful walks and the beach and lagoon a 10 minute walk. Caravan spotlessy clean and in a lovely quiet location. Bird of prey show was enjoyable to watch and the staff are lovely. Great to see Ray welcoming all the holiday makers and making everyone feel welcome as they arrive . Wonderful facilities and all kept very clean. Highly recommend for a relaxing weekend or week away .

We book a Haven for every June - our first time here. We never do the night time entertainment or the restaurant- we mainly use it as a base and book in some activities for our 10 year old. The outdoor pool was just great, the arcade was great (my daughter won lots of things!) The pebble art with Harry was lots of fun. We loved the location - lots of walks with the dog, beautiful scenery on your doorstep and so peaceful. We?re booked again for next year

Caravan although bronze was very comfortable for three adults and one child . Swimming pool was overcrowded but still felt safe . Only major criticism was mad hatters circus show . Although advertised for juniors this show was aimed at adults . The deviation from the original book was most unpleasant for our 5 year old and we left after ten minutes , not surprised that as we left several others left too . This is a children?s story and the main character the hatter only seemed to preform for himself . If haven are paying for this show they should think again . Otherwise the park itself was once again enjoyable . The seaside squad and other evening shows were much better . From an Alice (original story ) fan

Me and my family, went to church farm, holiday Park, for 10 days. Due to the vast selection of activities, we were not short of things to do, including playing tennis on the nice courts and going swimming in the outdoor and indoor pools. The caravans are beautifully set out and all nice and quiet. The caravan that we stayed in, had a nice big television in which we watched the Women?s World Cup and game shows to relax in the evening. Would recommend to people who want a quiet get away from the chaos of work.

The site is lovely, well set out and welcoming. There are lovely walks to the nature reserve and beach - just a shame not to have time to experience them all. I really like the fact you can access the park by public transport as I didn't drive. Buses run half hourly to chichester and Bognor. Whilst I wouldn't normally stay on a holiday park, the entertainment was fun for all ages. Love the outdoor seating areas and good play areas and lots of variety of activities for children. The only food I bought were chips - generous portion and very fair price. I thought the wine was nice - much better than I expected and fairly charged. Service was always friendly and professional. All staff without exception were professional and helpful. Big shot out to the housekeeping/cleaning staff and the out of hours worker - they went above and beyond. Caravan very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Why 4 stars - it is wrong to force people to walk through an arcade to access other facilities. Please rethink this!

This place is VILE. I came here, excited and spent months counting down the days until I arrived and I am now counting down the days until I can leave this hell hole. The staff are the rudest people I?ve ever had the displeasure of meeting. On our arrival, the van was not ready, the cleaner was still in there even though we had paid for early check in, what the cleaner was doing in there however I don?t know, it was FILTHY. Mould in the shower, old tags in the back of the wardrobe, I could go on. This however is nothing compared to the fact my niece could have died due to a faulty shower. My sister turned the knob on the shower and the whole thing fell off on to my one year old nieces head, when we called maintenance there was no answer, then my brother in law had to go to the reception, they apologised and said they?ll send maintenance, I was not satisfied with this response as it was as if they had brushed it under the rug when this is a VERY SERIOUS health and safety issue, I went to the reception myself and demanded something more be done, between all of the issues we had on arrival this was the cherry on the cake and by this point I was done and I had been there for about an hour and a half! The manager Sam was so condescending it was outrageous and basically insinuated that all I cared about was money and the lady he was with said that she would never base her childs safety on ?monetary value?!! I said to them for the crap we have had to deal with, your dodgy plumbing work harming my niece, I would like a refund on 1 day as you have ruined it. They said they?re unable to do this but offered us a £20 gift voucher to buy my niece a teddy to make her feel better!!!! £20 teddy bear is definitely going to heal the massive bump on her head and the sadness she had to endure from it!!!!!!! This made me so angry! So so so so so heartless, no compassion and the days are just getting worse and worse, if it wasnt for my nephew looking forward to this hell-iday, I would have been LONG GONE. I will be contacting the head of Haven and if this isn?t resolved will be taking it further due to the massive health and safety failure on their part. Not to mention the uncleanliness, if the cleaner had cleaned the shower they would have known it wasnt safe so that evidently wasn?t cleaned either. To my knowledge, no injury form was made which is also a legal requirement, the entertainment is so so so bad, the activities are boring and I just honestly can not wait to leave. Never, ever, ever again. The shower is also still extremely wobbly after being ?fixed? and were scared to touch it incase any more harm is caused. Also, everyone else we have spoken to has also encountered many issues since they came, even owners on the site.
