Came here on Wednesday to get refund for my purchase and been told he would be a while with a customer. So left and came back and been told still can?t do it today due to short staff so come tomorrow. Came in today Thursday and said still short staff be in 9:30 to 10:00am and then tried to do it online but can?t do it until 15 working days to deal with the request. Also you can?t book appointments anymore

Branch is now closed, white paper on window saying closed, noting on website informing customers, no apologies no info at all, very poor service Halifax, I will be closing my account as soon as I can.

I went to the Bognor branch yesterday I went to the branch as I saw online that it was open I queued outside and was asked what I wanted I said to pay a bill I was told very rudely to go away and pay it online and the door was shut. abruptly as a customer of over 40years I am very disappointed being treated in such a rude manner I suggest the female employee goes on a customer care course
