“I went in for one item and came out with a big box full of many bargained priced articles. The lady at the check out was quick & efficient and chatty. If I lived in the UK I'd shop here more often.”

“Our experiences at the Sainsbury's store in the Shripney Road, Bognor Regis has always been pleasurable and the staff are a credit to your company. We spend a large amount of our time in the store when we shop, as do many people in the area. Your in-store cafe has been a splendid place to stop for a coffee and a bite to eat before we do our shop, as do many other shoppers, with reasonable food, reasonably priced and the staff are all fantastic. What a shame that this cannot be said for your management who have decided that the cafe is to be shut with no sign that a similar arrangement is going to be set up. If this review was in their regard they would get NO STARS. As said, we are (or were) regular shoppers at your store until now. The closure of the cafe just seems to be crazy. To top it all, there is a sign in your entrance advising of changes in the store which will make shopping more enjoyable. SORRY, I DON'T THINK SO.This doesn't do your reputation good in our eyes. Poor showing Sainsbury's.”

“The service from the staff in M&S Bognor is exceptional. Today I had difficulty in returning items that I ordered online ( user error). The lovely manager Simon helped me out on both occasions. His patience and superb customer service was much appreciated. Thank you Simon you are a true gentleman ?”

“I went to Tesco on the 5th September 2024. This was the day of the fire alarm. All staff were exemplary in getting customers out quickly and safely. Very efficient. I also had a £25 gift card from Chichester Council on an email format. When reaching the tills, it did not scan and we had issues trying to redeem it. Gary who looked after us was incredibly patient and understanding when I had to call the council about the issue. His customer service is beyond brilliant and deserves a payrise. Very happy with the entire experience.”

“Nice selection of food and drink can get what you want most of the time and stocks regularly stocked nice friendly staff and usually not long to wait with self service checkouts available if paying by card”

“This shop is convenient! Although there is a small car park next to the shop, it is normally easier to park along the road outside. The shop normally has a small selection of fruit and vegetables, and most essentials that you might need. Although the prices tend to be slightly higher than your average big supermarket, they often do brilliant offers on everyday things, so savings can still be made. At the back of the store there is a bakery counter which at certain times of the day you can smell when you enter the shop 'mmmm!' The Co-op always has a good selection of FairTrade products available.”

“Quite a compact store but seems to have everything. One point is that the re-stocking delivery drivers clearly don't stick to their allotted times as myself and my parents had to navigate the lorry and the pavement just to get by on the public highway before getting to the shop.”

“I love this place because of cheese twists ! Also , the centre aisle has many and varied items of uselessness to choose from . The vegetable selection has seen better days but it's an Ok shop to buy bits 'n bobs from not a weekly shop though . Parking is good and free . No toilet facilities unless you go to KFC across the car park .”

“Great store. My own gripe is with the car park as it is a night are to get in and out of. But obviously that isn't anything to do with the store. Yes there are queues but it is a shop after all! What do you expect.”

“Morrisons has been around central bognor Regis for a long time. They have an interesting fish and deli counter. To be honest you know what you are getting at Morrisons, it doesn't change much from it's formula. You're not going to get a lot of organic or export products like M&S, I personally do not enjoy their rewards system as they emphasis on ordering bulk items when I tend to prefer individual stuff. All in all it's ok”

“Ok food aside, dubs to the security. She deserves a raise. You do NOT want to mess with her. Also, the staff having to open the door may be annoying (alot complain about it) but thieves exist. So security has to be tight. Good shop to go pick something up that you need.”

“I am a mobility scooter user and I find the width of the isles good for manoeuvring round. I find there are usually staff around to help get things from higher up, if not staff very kind hearted customers. In all a good shopping experience.”
