stayed the night before butlins trip, enjoyed our stay here. The room we had was big and clean with a big bathroom with the added bonus of a window. We went out for food so cant rate the attached robin hood but understand its a separate company.

Plenty of parking, spotless rooms, adjacent pub restaurant is excellent. I thoroughly recommend staying here if you are needing to be in the area. Bongnor is quite a walk away but there is safe pavement the whole way if, like me, you enjoy a long afternoon or evening stroll before dinner.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here. We have no choice as there is not many hotels in Bognor. But defs won't be staying again. Staff are lovely in the hotel, the woman at breakfast not so much. Customer Service is poor!Dinner was disappointing the microwave was broke so we had about 5 options, but got no discount or complimentary items. The gas was broke then at breakfast. £7.99 for a continental breakfast which as usual has ? fruit!no yogurts or pastries as shown on the menu. I saw alot of people disappointed and complaining. Not good enough. Its not cheap to stay either, my family spent £140 per room.!

We have stayed at this Premier around 7 times as our daughter lives in Bognor Regis. We find this hotel has out priced itself and next time we will stay five miles away at Arendal in the travel lodge , we will get two nights in the travel lodge there for the price of one in this premier inn. This hotel needs up dating and air conditioning fitting. There are no premier plus rooms but they charge a high price per night. Very skimpy on the tea bags, coffee sachets and sugar. We paid £257 for two nights certainly not value for money and a change is on the cards for us in the future when we visit Bognor Regis.

The premier inn needs revamping, carpets need changing as very old and dirty . Utensils should be checked for cleanliness before placing for customers to use Provide enough cutlery instead of us using forks to stir our tea/ coffee?s Have coffee and juice dispensers instead of using jugs with no labels Provide hot & cold milk, enough fruits We paid for breakfast and couldn?t eat it the next day due to cold breakfast we had on out first day

Bedrooms clean and beds comfortable, but room temperature was way too hot. No air con (outside temp. only c. 23 deg.C). Fan provided in each room but ours was very noisey and just circulated the already very hot air. Windows could only be opened a small amount so no cool night air could get in. Cooked breakfas was mediocre.

I usually stay here when visiting family in the locality and my most recent stay was excellent as usual. The Reception team here are very friendly and welcoming and will always go out of their way to assist you. Rooms are very clean, showers powerful and consistently hot with exceptionally comfy beds. Good value for money for August too.

Just back from a two night stay. We really enjoyed ourselves and had a lovely time. Hotel was clean, large room with comfy bed. We slept like a dream. We didn?t use the attached pub as we were out and about

Hotel was fine, clean and comfortable. The breakfast however needs some serious attention. The room it?s served in is like stepping back in time, it feels dirty and not pleasant on the eye. Have rated 5 because I understand the restraint is not part of the hotel but it does drag your name down and you need to address this as I imagine not a lot of your guest get you are two separate companies or just get rid of them and provide breakfast yourself. Hotel staff were lovely and chatty which is why you have been scored a 5

We decided to spend some time in Bognor Regis so we chose the premier in in shripney. It was attached to the Robin Hood pub. We were able to get food and refreshments during our two day stay. The room was very clean with nice fluffy towels and tea and coffee. The booking in and out was very easy. There was plenty of parking. A very enjoy stay.
