“The Lidsey road, Bognor branch & its two staff members that dealt with me, went beyond the limit of phenomenal customer service.They both deserve praise & recognition for what they did.I initially rung my local GP practise to ask for an emergency appointment due to a very severe & painful eye infection (as they do have an automated message explaining that they offer such appointments).The receptionist who dealt with me, was not just rude & unhelpful, but also, had zero empathy for my condition & told me very nonchalantly, to ring the next day.Before putting the phone down in me.So I rang Specsavers, who after completing a telephone triage with me, asked me to come straight down to be seen.The staff were phenomenal & the outcome of my emergency appointment, was a diagnosis of a Corneal ulcer.Which if left untreated, can lead to blindness.Oh & the NHS actually classify it as a medical emergency!Not that my GP surgery (receptionist) cared.I was subsequently emergency referred to my local eye clinic who are now treating my condition.Without the proffesionalism & dedication of two Specsavers staff, my eyesight could've become far worse.I am forever in their debt!Thank you Specsavers.”
