Me and my boyfriend came in because he was having issues with his account + wanted to cancel something. The guy we spoke to (don't know his name) offered us better EE broadband for less money, seemed like a no-brainer. Didn't tell us about any charges, said that no new kit would be needed - we basically didn't have to do anything. Boyfriend later that day gets a text about the broadband being taken over by BT and a £173 charge! Absolute grifters working in the EE Bognor store!

I went there twice in last couple of weeks . Four young guys with low experience . I haven?t received help and I felt like an idiot . I went out upset twice . I had a feeling that if they could they would laugh in to my face . I wanted trade in my old device , he offered me £79 . Went to Three straight after and they offered £309 . Shame that I?m with EE I will cancel all my contracts as soon as they will be due to finish !!! AVOID that place !!!

Went to my local EE shop at Bognor Regis today to look into maybe upgrading my phone I was impressed with the customer service from knowledgeable staff member Ben . he sat me down and explained all my options to me to help me make a decision.

Really helpful member of staff when I went in on a rainy Sunday to cancel my contract with my two kids. Can't remember his name unfortunately but had a fabulous plait down the middle of his hair. Didn't make me feel bad for leaving and helped me out a lot!

The staff are very helpful and patient. Shout out to Steve, who helped me with an issue, very good service and care.I've been with EE for years, and in my opinion, the best network by far.
