Went in to get a pillow, and there wasn't much choice, and what the was was tempura which have no real support for a side sleeper and the prices were ridiculously high, not really impressed.

Had our new bed for over a week now and we are delighted! Mark was incredibly knowledgeable with helping us choose our mattress using the sleep science and very willing when it came to configuring our frame showing us every option before we made a decision.

My wife and I were very impressed with the Bognor Regis salesman Chris, helping us to choose the perfect mattress for me with the help of the Sleep Match bed and his experience, and then the bed frame to go with it. And then the recycling service to deal with our old mattress and divan, which will be load off our minds.No photos yet due to the delay in delivery caused by the international situation in the Red Sea, which we sincerely trust will be resolved before long!

Mark was extremely helpful and explained everything I needed/wanted to know about the item I wanted to purchase . He showed me a different range of items at different prices, not all the expensive ones. He also allowed me time and space to try the items, and suggested I try whatever I wanted not just the ones he showed me. Was a very easy and friendly service. Highly recommend

Thomas was so helpful, and got me pillows to try out, a drink of water, and helped find the perfect mattress for me using the amazing sleep analysis equipment. Great store, great staff, great experience.
