I made an appointment from this company to come and assess our need for a kitchen upgrade. Neil arrived and gave some great advice and was very friendly. An estimate was to come our way within a day or 2. I waited, then prompted. He was awaiting input from his plumber. I waited a week or so, no reply. I prompted with an email, no reply. I know the email is working as we had exchanges to start with. A week later I did so again. No reply. I telephoned and spoke to the business owner. I will get him to contact you when I see him this afternoon he said. 3 days later nothing. This is very disappointing and incredibly unprofessional and rude. If the job is not for them or not worth their while then why not just say so and I would have accepted it. Not good enough.

We have recently had our kitchen doors and worktops replaced and I have to say from start to finish Dream Doors have done an excellent job. We were made to feel very welcome by Neil when first visiting their showroom to choose our doors and countertops. Neil then came to our home to measure up and we were kept up to date on when the work was to commence. Lee the fitter arrived and I cannot commend him enough for the excellent workmanship provided by him. He was very thorough and ensured he cleaned up as he went along. It was very evident he takes pride in his work. The job was completed in under two-and-a-half days. I absolutely love my new kitchen and it?s all down to Dream Doors. We used Dream Doors Barnham to undertake a complete kitchen renovation. We dealt with Neil who remained our point of contact from the initial quote until completion. He was excellent throughout, explaining the service, answering our questions and managing our expectations. He demonstrated a very high level of customer care, assisting us in moving our install date due to the property not being available.The install team arrived on the day and time promised and the delivery and set up of the new kitchen was very organised and efficient. The team were friendly, professional and worked to a high standard. They would do long days and leave the kitchen clean, tidy and usable every evening. The end result was excellent, with it very hard to tell that it isn't a completely new kitchen, the cost of which would have been double what we paid.The work was completed in 4 days, 1 day ahead of schedule and the invoice was exactly as agreed. There was some minor snagging points that we raised, some of which wasn't actually in the scope of their service. Despite this, Neil arranged to have it all corrected and left the kitchen in a lovely as new condition.We would not hesitate to use their service again or recommend them to friends and family.

Really rate this company. Neil came and measured up. gave me complete kitchen upgrade for a reasonable price. The installers were good and any snagging was dealt with within the week. All in all a great Job

Just had a new kitchen finished today. I canâ??t express more how pleased we are with our lovely new kitchen. From start to finish the service received was excellent. Work started on the day that we had been given initially. Neil was extremely helpful when we were deciding on what to have. Lee the fitter was excellent too, he is obviously very skilled at his trade. We would happily recommend this company to anyone.
