Atmosphere is moot as it was a takeaway.
I am not buying any pizza from pizza hut or dominos anymore. The one I bought as a delivery on Saturday.... the pepperoni were burnt and inedible. The cheese was a bit burnt on top. Pizza Hut has become much worse but Dominos is hit and miss now. A pity as it used to be possible to rely on each.
The delivery man was very fast and polite. It was at least delivered hot but overcooked thus spoilt. I wish I had just done cheese on toast at home, tbh.

I ordered my pizza 1hour 30 before they even started making it then they told me they haven't even started making it then the pizza was cold and the dough was raw I became extremely ill and ended up in hospital for 3 weeks they better give me domino's pizza for life card after this.

They do not use hand gloves and they do not wash their hands after they make a pizza. I am vegetarian but they made a ham pizza and after the pizza, they didn't wash their hand.

Our order was wrong last time, daughter?s pizza was wrong and a side of wings missing. It?s fine because everyone makes a mistake. They said they?ll bring the wings and the correct pizza. They brought the wings and forgot the pizza. I handed them the wrong pizza and said they would bring the right one back, but never did. (We are only 2 min walk away from store)After an hour or two my daughter still had no pizza, so I called just before 11pm as closing and they said sorry next time we?ll give it to her.Tonight I placed an order online and then called up to add the pizza we never received last time, as promised.They said no notes were left and basically called me a liar, after 10 minutes I said fine I?ll pay for it again, and they said sorry we are closed and refused to add her pizza, so second time in a row my daughter doesn?t get her pizza.I went to collect and after speaking to the guy he then seemed to finally come around that I?m not a liar, and send next time they?ll give it to her? I?m not sure there will be a next time, such a bad experience and at first the guy looked me in the eyes and basically call me a liar, I just felt very insulted and angry like it wasn?t even about the £7 or whatever but that 2 times in a row now my 9 year old daughter is left out of our family treat?.I?ve not been ordering much over the last year or so maybe if I was a more loyal customer they?d treat me better, but I used to spend a lot of money here a couple years back. I?d stopped ordering before because I?d always get wrong orders and really it?s overpriced for glorified cheese on toast with a poor service

Ordered a veggie pizza. Underneath I realised there was a big chuck of tuna. Cross contaminated, not vegetarian. God knows what goes on in their kitchen.I complained and said I would never order again and they tried to give me a voucher for a free pizza. Told them I was going to post my photos and they issued a refund.

I wanted a gluten free & vegan plant base & was told that I couldn?t have both , just one or the other ? So I had a gluten free one with no cheese. Worst pizza that I have ever tasted, fry & cold
