“I cannot thank Amit Patel and his dental student Lucy Masson enough for the extraction they completed for me yesterday. My tooth had been left in a bad way following a failed tooth extraction at my NHS dentist, I had been in extreme pain for a month with this problem. My NHS dentist had referred me for a surgical extraction, so I made the decision to explore the private options. Amit immediately put me at ease when I saw him last week and assessed that a surgical extraction was not required. Lucy completed the extraction for me yesterday and I was so impressed with her level of care and skill. She extracted my tooth quickly and skilfully where my NHS dentist had failed to do so. After one round of painkillers yesterday following the extraction I would now say that I could easily forget that it had even happened! Which is the polar opposite of my previous NHS experience.The whole experience of MyDentist was amazing from the receptionists, dentists and dental nurses (Sophie supported with my extraction putting me at ease). I feel confident in all the information that Amit and Lucy shared with me regarding my dental plan. They go above and beyond to ensure the works done is only what is required.”
