Staff always polite and supportive- strong desire to look after patients and are always quick to get things resolved. I don't often ever write a review, but this pharmacy is night and day in comparison to those I have used in other parts of the country I have lived in.

I have just been into this pharmacy , to buy something over-the-counter for my partner. They didn?t have what I wanted, but one of the pharmacist took one look at my neck as I was speaking and asked me if I have psoriasis and if I did then they could offer me steroids via the doctor for it.
I had literally gone in to buy an over-the-counter product for my partner nothing for me and this very very Rude man pointed out a rash that I had on my neck and suggested it was psoriasis. I?m absolutely horrified..
I managed to leave without losing my temper, but I feel the need to say it is not a pharmacist job Something on a Customer skin or anything to do with their appearance. The job is to provide prescriptions And answer questions that a customer may have I?m actually going to make a formal complaint about this person About it. Disgusting! I?m actually on holiday here from Leeds And never in my entire 58 years on this planet I been treated so rudely in a pharmacy

Went in at 5:30pm and I was told can?t get help by the pharmacist as they close at 6pm . Do you stop serving people 30 mins before closing time? I was told to come tomorrow or go to Boots in town .

Honestly is the worst pharmacy I've ever encountered. Extremely rude, I can hear them slagging off other customers/patients. Attitudes are appalling. Prescriptions take 1week+. Had multiple wrong prescriptions dispensed over the years, including for live saving medications. They NEVER answer the phone, so you have to go there, for them to tell you off for coming when they haven't text you. I got shouted at like I'm a child, then they had to admit their text service was down so no texts had gone out. Ive been with the surgery attached for many many years. But I'm going to nominate another pharmacy now. I'm not being spoken to like I'm the problem when it takes them a week to fill a simple prescription.

The worst pharmacy i have ever encountered. Staff are rude and unhelpful. My partner is deaf and lip reads and staff refuse to pull their masks down. Causing unnecessary stress and confusion. Long wait times for prescriptions and do not always get text reminders to say medications ready.

Quite possibly the worst Pharmacy I have ever had the misfortune to use, as I was told by them there are plenty of others use them. Never once answered the phone I work out of the country for long periods, so when a job carried on longer than expected I tried to ring to sort out my medication, over and over for days they never picked up, on my return I was told we don't answer the phone ? there always appears to be about 8 or more people working but give up at how long they can manage to ignore you, so latest debacle I ran out of medication again due to work so popped into the surgery gave my repeat to the lovely receptionist at Maywood who put it in for me, I went back a week later to Day's to collect, it's not here I was told you will have to wait 5 working days, so this would then be me out of medication for 2 weeks, obviously I was not happy which then led to me being told go and get another Pharmacy there are plenty, (thanks) now surely a normal caring professional would say if you have ran out let's see what we can do to help. So I went to another pharmacy who couldn't be more helpful and walked out in 5 minutes with my prescription. And told me how to sort things out if I'm working away. The difference was night and Day. Cannot say I found anyone helpful there and the relief I don't have to deal with them ever again is bliss.

Why text that medicines are ready at 18.15hrs on a Friday? When the pharmacy is not open till Monday! Meaning I go 2 days with no medication because you won't allow it to be ordered from your app in time to miss the weekend!

I've always had good service from Day Lewis. They seem to be the only people that can get hold of my medication. All the other pharmacies and supermarkets say it's
something they can't get hold of.
