We had an awkward scheme involving more than one floor covering and we were relieved when this family-run business offered to project manage it for us. We were given helpful advice with options, efficient estimating and then fitting to a very high standard. Service throughout was friendly and we are delighted with the result. We have already recommended this firm to others within the family as providing excellent value for money.

We just love our new carpet!Michelle was really helpful with recommendations and suggestions but not at all pushy. James the fitter arrived on time, was polite and considerate and did a fantastic job. We love what has been done so much we have asked for the rest of upstairs to be done by them too!

Really pleased with the service from coastal carpets from Michelle measuring up, quoting and dropping of some samples for us to view in our kitchen, through to ordering and finally James and Andy finishing up leaving us with a lovely new floor. After shopping around we went to Coastal Carpets explained what we needed, they came round and measured, we were sent an email explaining a breakdown and cost for each room, we were also updated at all times, fitter arrived as promised, would highly recommend Coastal Carpets

What a lovely company! Efficient and run by very nice people. They sell good quality product, do not look for unnecessary extras and there is no hard sell. The fitter was efficient, very clean and prompt to the minute. We've ended up with a job that has made the house brighter and looking younger.What's not to like?

I have used Coastal Carpets for a number of my projects and the service is always as you would want it to be, Michelle & Tony as helpful as ever and the job was carried out to a very good standard, especially the hard laminate flooring, excellent job.
