I was told that the Chichester staff have taken over Bognor now, and I?m thrilled! I suffer from anxiety disorders, and for a long time, I avoided the Bognor branch because I often felt unwelcome and judged. Nobody even smiled at me, so I would go out of my way to visit Chichester instead, where the staff were always kind and made me feel comfortable.
Yesterday, I decided to be brave and give Bognor another try since it?s easier for me to get to. What a difference! The atmosphere was so much better, and I finally felt at ease. Thank you to the new team for creating such a welcoming environment.

I had to return a faulty headband, we had it for one day, worn for 10mins before it snapped. The sales girl working that day wouldn't let me do it as there was no label on the item. I had the reciept for it still and the item was only 2 days old! She was trying to talk me out of it for at least 10mins. I kept saying all I wanted was an exchange but she kept saying she wouldn't let me do it as there was no lable. She reluctantly gave me a new one, exactly the same as the original, I'm not quite sure why she couldn't use that lable as they were exactly the same item. But before that lectured me on how I should have been gentle with the item! I'm a grown adult not a child! Maybe if you're items were better quality they wouldn't of broken that easily. It's such a shame as the girl who originally served us was very friendly and helpful. I don't think I'll be coming in here again, not if I can help it, Customer Service and refund/exchange policy is awful!

I have done my ear piercing few months back here and they offered free earrings every month. Each time I visit to get this says can?t find my mail id because of their software problem. Last time the lady in the till was well behaved who gave pending earnings and assured that it will be sorted. Today, I went to the store to collect my earrings and again I met the other lady who was their last time as well refused because of the same reason and very badly behaved ?. Not even ready to check my details properly. I think the offer depends up on the person in the store.

Very bad that my daughter brought me nose studs can't take them back even that I not used them just looked at them in the package not even took them out of the packaging won't be use them again plus's I got charged double then state on website

Booked on Saturday for my daughter to have her ears pierced while we are on holiday in Bognor. Arrived today to be told nobody was available to do piercings, and that ?they were meant to call us but forgot?
Will not be returning to this nor any other store, spoilt my daughters day out. Thanks a bunch!

Had my daughter's ears pierced here last week and thought I would take the time to write a review on how great the experience was. The manager was fantastic and made my daughter feel very comfortable, she even had my daughter laughing after the piercing. Definitely recommend, extremely friendly and professional
