The staff are friendly enough but I have to echo the other reviews of not taking products in. I had around 8 games refused to be traded in that I brought from Cex and had actually only played 1, yet were told they were too damaged to take in. Incredibly frustrating experience. It?s not like I?m asking for refunds I?m just trying to sell them back to Cex. It feels almost like I?m being conned.

Rude frankly useless staff! Scam artists!
If you sell them anything CHECK YOUR BATTERY % and watch them try and tell you its less,
Worse still they make any old excuse not to buy anything, they are rude and make out they dont have the time when the shops EMPTY!
3x ive given these absolute idiots a chance to prove me wrong and every time its been the same!
?Sorry cant but that with a crack? its a chip! And the garbage they have in the shop window is more damaged! Pointed this out and was told ?we dont sell anything cracked? WHILE IM LOOKING AT A CRACKED ITEM IN ITS CURRENT STOCK! and the woman is so stupid she cant tell the difference between plastic and glass?. But i guess thats typical of for the staff with of CEX

Good shop for getting rid of games you don't play anymore, and for picking up games slightly cheaper than buying new . Voucher last for a 1000 years !!!!!!!!

Super friendly and extremely helpful. I was served by two members of staff (I didn?t catch names but their staff numbers on the receipts are 56606 and 56540) who went above and beyond to help me with my enquiries. They provided very insightful information and really seemed to love their job. Thanks guys!

Return policy is horrendous. If you buy something and return it within 2 hours because it?s unsuitable for your needs, you should be given a refund, not a voucher meaning that you are forced to buy something else that you probably don?t need, so they get to keep your money. ???

I've just come back from CeX after buying a second hand Xbox.I've given them 1 star because the Xbox I bought was faulty! It didn't work. Are they not supposed to check if the console is Working before buying second hand items.I believe they tried to sell me faulty equipment on purpose because it was my wife who went into the shop to purchase it£135.00, but I did get a refund when I went back 2 hrs later. Still not good enough, though. Don't buy from bognor CeX.
