The usual experience in Bognor Cex. The guy wouldn't accept my phone after saying it didn't charge properly (which is did as I was using it daily). I took the same phone to Chichester CEX who accept the item no problem. Even the member of staff serving me in Chichester said the Bognor branch don't want to make any money.

Rarely take trade ins. Ive taken many items here to trade in and they are pretty much never accepted. Then when to chichester who accepted the items. Dont waste your time trying to trade in they will just hand your item back and come up with an excuse and not take it and just waste your time.

I recently visited the Cex store in Bognor Regis, and I must say, my experience was nothing short of fantastic! As an avid anime fan, I was on the hunt for some specific anime DVDs, and the staff went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and a willingness to assist. The staff's knowledge of their inventory was impressive; they knew exactly where to find the titles I wanted. They even took the time to suggest a few other series that I might enjoy based on my preferences.
The store itself is well-organized, making it easy to browse through the vast selection of DVDs, games, and electronics. The prices were reasonable, and the quality of the items was excellent. I left the store with a few new additions to my anime collection and a big smile on my face.
I highly recommend visiting Cex in Bognor Regis if you're looking for great deals and outstanding customer service. The staff truly made my shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. I will definitely be returning for more!

How can they sell something that's pre-owned for more expensive than getting it is brand new, plus when you ask something and they give you false information so you have to spend more money for the item to work, if I known that GAME sold the item I wanted cheaper and brand new I would of gone there, plus the young gothic looking lad is rude, never shopping in there again
