“Last week I purchased a 5G Hub from the Three stop in Bognor Regis. Normally it would have been a simple case of plug it in, find the network on my device, enter the password, and hey presto!
However there was an issue with the Hub that I was unable to resolve, and so yesterday I went back to the store and spoke to Natalia. I can only say that the customer service she supplied was excellent. She identified the problem, explained me what had gone wrong and why (she was very honest regarding this), and went above and beyond to ensure that nothing like this would happen again.
She was also polite, friendly, and courteous. Having worked previously in customer services, I really appreciated everything she did, and I'll definitely be using them again in future.”

“I went to Tesco on the 5th September 2024. This was the day of the fire alarm. All staff were exemplary in getting customers out quickly and safely. Very efficient. I also had a £25 gift card from Chichester Council on an email format. When reaching the tills, it did not scan and we had issues trying to redeem it. Gary who looked after us was incredibly patient and understanding when I had to call the council about the issue. His customer service is beyond brilliant and deserves a payrise. Very happy with the entire experience.”
