Couldn?t have been more helpful! I have been using this shop for years and today just reinforced why! Had quite a few helium balloons inflated and realised a large ?number one? was deflating by the time I got home. They were very apologetic and invited me back to collect a replacement. Nearly always buy my cards here, although a disappointed for first time today...I tried to buy a new baby card for my son & his partner but couldn't find anything with suitable words on the inside. Normally a great selection at fantastic price.

Was not the shops fault but we had a purse stollen in there today. It's a good value for money shop but busy and crowded, we will use them again as I said it's not there fault

What an amazing store with lovely workers.. Never experienced any rude staff since visiting this store every now and then. I came in one day around three months ago. As it was my best friends birthday I obv wanted a "happy birthday balloon " unfortantly there was none in stock.. I asked every question possible to try and get a ballon.. They kindly explained there's none what so ever after checking out back. As I was walking out I noticed a "happy birthday" balloon as for show tided up on the birthday card stand.. Kindly stopped and pointed to the balloon wondering if I could buy that one.. Then I think the staff gathered I was in need of a balloon.. I belivie the manger I dunno if she was but who knows. She agreed to giving me the balloon wrapped it up for me and said that I could have it for free. The main reason why I still think back about how much that moment made me happy is because that balloon was for my mates grave. I never mentioned about why I wanted the balloon so bad but it honestly made me shed a tear.. As they could of been arrogant and said no. I hope the person that reads this knows how lovely and sweet she is. It maybe something small to others reading this but to me it meant something. Thankyou.

Card Factory is a lovely shop for special occasions. The one thing that I hate about this shop though is there is no room..I have to go in there first thing in the morning as I have a toddler and it is a nightmare trying to manouvre the buggy!!! If they sorted this out it would get top marks.

love card factory with the range of items you can buy and all of them at a cheap price its great for stocking up on cards for occasions even for a few spare for the ones you forget lol

I like this card shop because it is good value and sells a great selection of cards, wrapping paper, bows and gifts. You can find a card for any occasion at a really good price. The only problem is the layout. The aisles are so skinny that you can't get through with a pram and there is always queues so it can put you off going.
