Okay first off not bad but . They don?t turn the lights out to sleep they keep them on the rooms are small and there?s 1 bed per room and the tv doesn?t even work that well can?t even get onto Netflix and it?s overly expensive . Almost 10 pound for one stuffed toy ? Their peps pig show was good but even my Apple Watch gave me an alert on how loud it was and the beds well uncomfortable personally . I dislike very much. And the pathway to the room I?m in it was bad my trolley was going everywhere and the paths slanted
Rooms: The rooms are small which I stayed in there?s one bed one shower and the beds were just uncomfortable the pillows were okay . There?s only 1 available plug if you don?t take the tv plug out and the curtains don?t shut fully and light from outside comes into your eyes in bed .
Walkability: Paths around the place are fine but going to the cabin with one of their trolleys is actually painful .
Noteworthy details: Expensive .

Here for the weekend for a rugby tour and had a great time. Lots of things to do and facilities for kids and adults. Good restaurants and bars. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Food and drinks: Good range of food options

Amazing place to spend time with the grandchildren while they are still young.
Shame restaurants were not all open all the time but loved Firehouse Grill when it finally opened.
Lost a star for inadequate lifts (1 only) in Centre Stage and the main lifts in The Wave where there was no logic to the lift sequencing.
Staff were all amazing ?
Just sorting booking for next year ?

A bit crummy and worn out. Dirty
No special assistance in the queue which isn't great.
You get what you think you're going to get I suppose just at more money than you'd think it'd be worth

Disgusting!! Don't waste your money. My partner got food poisoning from the fish in the fish and chip shop. I have never seen him so ill. He should have gone to hospital but didn't want to leave me with a 2 year old and 1 year old stuck in the bedroom as the staff said we had to all stay in our room.
Complaints team are useless and won't do anything about it. Just fobbed us off.

I think that this place for day visitors is rather poor. There is nothing for disabled people and don't think the facilities are good for people with disabilities during the day.

100 for 4 nights you get what you pay for! I visited with my husband, 3 year old & 4 month old.
We stayed in the most expensive apartments you could buy and they were very outdated. The outside of the buildings are shocking and extremely run down! I was so worried what we would find when we open the door. To our surprise the Cleanliness was satisfactory and the apartment smelt pleasant. We had someone come in for house keeping on the second day. She also knocked on the third day as well to see if we wanted anything. Fresh towels were provided regularly along with toilet rolls and bin bags.
Tip: We made sure to check under all the beds and in the cupboards/ draws before we let our 3 year old loose because there have been reports about finding empty drug bags.
The kitchen area isn?t really suitable for cooking for a family of 4, the hob is far too small and not enough pots and utensils provided, we did make it work. Luckily we had some family staying in another apartment so we were able to borrow bits from there.
The entertainment for children is fantastic and the red coats are brilliant! The swimming was also so much fun! Considering how many people there were the pool and changing area was very clean. Staff were cleaning regularly and making sure the floors were not dirty. We would definitely come back however It desperately needs some money putting in to the accommodation, buildings outlook and the roof, it?s green and not white! Overall we had a great time.

It was a big weekender weekend.
A hen party
First of all, I downloaded the big weekender app. This did not update for me when I got there, so I was completely unable to see the lineup for the weekend. It's not an android issue as the iPhone user also had this issue. Deleted the app and tried again, turned on all permissions, but still nothing. Waste of phone memory, now deleted
The weekend was organised well from butlins point of view. There was a big board in one location saying all the acts that were on, so look for this before it all starts. Picture attached.
The room was sufficient. We paid for 2 comfort plus apartments, which came with a towel each and a hair dryer. But when we got there, those rooms are now downgraded, no towels, no hair dryer, no personal tiny safe. A quick complaint later, and this was all sorted. Small separate kitchen in the room, which was good, we did cook whilst there and the fridge was a small size with freezer compartment.
Trying to book again for next year and they are trying to be as sneaky as Easyjet. Want the same rooms? There is a charge for that! Want the rooms next to each other? There is a charge for that! All the extra little charges they are sneaking in inflated the price.
We tried to book next year's break whilst still on site to take advantage of the 30% off and an extra 10% on top of that but the exact same holiday, with all that discount was a very similar price to what was paid this year. I understand people need to put prices up, but an extra 40% seems a bit much, especially when people just get drunk and spend all their money at the bars.
Lots of security, and I didn't see much trouble.
Check the times of the swimming pool opening, they only open for pool parties so not open all the time. The rapids are a bit lame, more like slow-pids. Hahaha.
On leaving day Monday everyone needs to be off the resort by 12:00 so they can start excepting week day guests at 13:00.
Disappointed not to see Peter Andre.
But Chesney Hawkes is the nicest guy, well worth the £5 to talk with him and have a picture taken and get a lanyard with his music on to download

Great acts,, especially Billy Ocean, who was awesome. Fab, friendly staff and the food was of a high quality and plentiful . Chalets a little dated, but fine for the 3 nights we were there

We went for a music weekend off-season and they've just finished renovating the apartments. They're warm and comfortable and clean.
The chalets still seem awful!
Bognor Regis is also undergoing some beachfront renovations so hopefully for those going in the summer it will feel like a good place to holiday. On a freezing day in March when everything is cold it's hard to tell!

First time down butlins for a children's week to see Mr tumble for my daughter. Location good with some good activities and lots to do inside with arcades and plenty to choose from to eat but this is where the problems start. The food had the same theme throughout overthought over engineered dishes with little cooking ability and more emphasis on creating exciting pictures for menus.
We visited several around the park on our trip the best being the fish and chip stall outside which I think speaks for itself.
Firehouse was a budget nandos that needs to focus on the core of cooking and making nice tasting dishes instead of going for the trend I stated earlier.
The beachcomber in was a budget harvester which we thought would be slightly better but they cremated some chicken goujons and a fish and chips but was still cold in the middle. And the service was shocking bearing in mind this was still more expensive than the fish and chip stall which was located in the park and worse.
Happy hour decent prices but still 4 pound per drink which is what they are normally in a pub. accommodation was decent but the blind on the windows offered no privacy as we found out. and only 2 plug sockets so bring an extension lead.
The entertainment was also decent but It was pretty standard throughout the week maybe it's just a kids theme, however bingo bango for the fourth day in a row screams lost for Ideas for me. Western themed night or a 80s/90s style party anthem kids would still love as they are kids and it adds variation for the adults throughout the week.
A decent holiday but with so many things in england now lacking in service and customer care and more about the bottom line if they flipped this mentality and had the mentality of abroad holidays I could see butlins being even better but I digress A decent ish holiday for a typical England on the south coast.
