Had an eye test here and the friendly staff were great but can't help but feel prices are way above what they should be. Booked the additional OCT scan, for peace of mind, this was agreed at £25 but looking at a competitor they are £10, how do they justify 2.5 times the price. Shall be going elsewhere in the future.

From the time I got to the department desk I was treated politely and took a seat. Then a member of staff spoke to me by name to tell me what was going to happen. I had my test and felt comfortable throughout the visit and was assured about the results.
